The talent power needed for global economic growth
comes from men and women armed with STEM
skills – advanced knowledge of science, technology,
engineering and mathematics. Many experts have
raised the alarm to highlight looming shortages of such
talent, raising the possibility of a diminished capacity
for innovation and slower growth. But Accenture
research shows that the supply of STEM talent is
growing rapidly. The key is learning how to find it.

Many experts have raised the alarm to highlight looming shortages of such talent, raising the possibility of a diminished capacity for innovation and slower growth.
