Introduction Every day in the United States there are 136.3 million people that visit the emergency
department (CDC, 2015). To put this number into perspective that is 44.5 people per 100 persons
(CDC, 2015). 11.9% of these visits result in hospital admission leaving 88.1% of visits to be
discharged home with or without caregiver assistance or to another healthcare facility (CDC, 2015).
While high numbers of patients being discharged is desirable, it is important to consider that In one
out of every 30 discharges things get missed. [For example] patients [are] sent home who didn t know
how to use their insulin or they got the wrong prescription (Maguire, 2011). Another important

The film Big Hero 6, is about Hiro, a 14 year old boy who creates an incredible invention called
microbots to achieve his dream of enrolling into the San Fransokyo Institute of Technology. The
microbots are tiny robots that are linked together through any way, shape, or form, through a
neurotransmitter. However, trouble strikes as someone steals them, but Hiro and Tadashi, his deceased
brother s medical assistant robot Baymax save the day along with the other multiracial four heroes
who were his Tadashi s friends at the institute as they capture the villain. Big Hero 6, in particular,
made me witness how Disney had began to endeavored taking a technological path, opposed to other
films intended for children. I believe that Big Hero 6 stands out from all the other movies intended for
kids, as from my analysis the movie made me see that it s characters were mostly all centered around

The Process of Evolution
Evolution is the process by which different kinds of living organisms are thought to have developed
and diversified from earlier forms during the history of the earth, Google. Google. Google, n.d. Web.
11 Apr. 2015. Evolution is the reason there is change in the genetic makeup of a population, the reason
organisms are linked by common ancestors, and evolution is still happening today because of the
constant change in environment. This paper focuses on these subjects within evolution and will
explore all areas of the process of evolution that creates diversity and unity in life.
One key component of evolution is natural selection. Natural selection is a theory, first presented by
Charles Darwin, that is well known across the globe. It is the reason why there is change of genetic
makeup in evolution. Natural selection is caused by the variation between generations, as well as the
survival of different individuals with different combinations of traits. The theory poses that organisms
with characteristics that increase their probability of survival will be given the chance to produce more
offspring. This means that the organism is more fit . These offsprings are then given the benefiting
characteristic. With time more variation throughout the species will develop. For an example of why
