This report discusses the history of Yellowstone volcanic complex over the past 2.1 million years,
eruptive style, compositions, associated hazards and the structure of the magma chamber. In
addition, we look at areas into which research is currently occurring or should in the future, and
discuss a strategy for monitoring and forecasting of future activity.

Over the past 2.1 million years, three large eruptions with widespread effects have occurred in

NICU Nursing Reflection
Working in a neonatal intensive care unit has been a learning experience filled with a roller
coaster of emotions. So many emotions have passed over me through different situations that I
have encountered in my three years of working in this type of unit. When I first began my
journey in becoming a NICU nurse I was exposed to many things that a registered nurse may not
encounter unless they are in an intensive care unit setting. For example, I needed to learn to
work with ventilators, medication drips, everyday use of an Ambu bag and all this with
premature babies nonetheless. I have learned that bio reactions are an automatic signal in our
brains which determines how our body will react in certain situations. In the following
paragraphs, I will discuss three personal experiences of my personal bio reactions. I want to
recall a particular incident that occurred very early in my journey to becoming a NICU nurse. It
was not long after orientation, I was no longer working with my preceptor and I was on my own
caring for these tiny humans. I have the responsibility of total patient care, including their airway,
especially if a respiratory therapist is unavailable. In our unit, one can feel quite overwhelmed as it
is large and there are always monitors beeping for different reasons. We have multiple staff around
including fellows, residents, respiratory therapist and of course there are always parents and

Fraud has many faces and can be found in almost every industry to include Health Care. In all
business aspects, there is always the ten percent that finds a way to conduct business the dishonest
way and therefore rules, regulations and laws are put into place to keep the honest businesses
honest and provide loopholes for those that are conducting business in the gray areas. In the Health
Care Reform Law which was signed into law by President Barack Obamain March of 2010, require
health care providers to return overpayments by Medicare and Medicaid. In the Act, medical
health care providers and suppliers are governed by the stipulations that require them to render
repayment from overpayments within 60 days of being identified along with a written explanation
of why the overpayment is being returned. When a strong and effective compliance program is in
place the rules and regulations of the Health Care Reform law are not a burden on the medical
providers.
As research has shown, for providers and medical suppliers who submit bills for payment to
Medicare, Medicaid, manage care organization or any form of a Medicare Advantage plan will

Reflection On My Second Lesson
My second lesson was centered around letter recognition and identification. I had a big sensory
bin filled with somewhat wet sand. In the bin, there were real seashells that the children had to dig
up, brush the sand off, identify the letter on it, and match it to the corresponding letter on the
paper. When it was time to talk about my center station, all of the children were very engaged. In
my opinion, it was probably due to the fact that it was my lessonor that there was a big bin of sand
in their classroom. Regardless, I tried my best to build off of their natural curiosity. When they
arrived at my station, I build engagement and interest by explaining that I hid a bunch a shells
that had a hidden letter on it. The children were all immediately ready to start digging through to
find all the letters. Then, I modeled for them how to use the materials and what to do with the
shells. They all started asking me if they could come to my center first. Based off of my last
lesson, I was prepared to have little to no time for an introduction as my cooperating teacher
typically just briefly shows what is at each center. Fortunately, I had enough time to do almost
everything in my lesson plan. The only thing I had to cut from my lesson plan was singing the
alphabetsong. I had to cut this because I had a very limited amount of time and wanted to make
sure the children stayed engaged and interested. Since they are three and four years old, I have
learned that their attention span is very short; consequently, I think I adapted well. Although not
required, all 10 children came to my center at least once. About 5 children came back twice and one
childrefused to leave my center until he found all the letters of the alphabet (pictured below is the

organized festival I have ever attended. It was interesting to see a community of filmmakers come
together and share their experiences here in San Diego. With it being my first film festival to ever
attend, I was able to grasp and get a taste as to what the reality of filmmaking is through these
independent filmmakers eyes. Targeting mainly the Asian/ Asian American community, filmmakers
where able to screen their creativity into the big screen and reach a more broad audience. Having

To begin with, the audience was predominantly Asian/Asian American whom did not have to use
the subtitles at all while I on the other hand, had to continuously follow along with the film while
also trying to keep up with the subtitles. It was very captivating to observe the comedic scenes in

It was time to put all of the research I had done in the form of an exhibit. Before doing the
exhibit, I made a layout of what was most probably going to go on my final poster. Even though I
had the layout, I still encountered some problems. I would have had run into so many more
problems if I hadn t done the layout, so I am glad that I did it. Right before putting my project
together, I quickly went to the store to get the materials like the poster board, glue, clay for the
artifacts, etc. Now that I had all the materials, I was finally set to complete the enormous project.
One of the problems I encountered was that I didn t have enough room on my poster board for
everything that I needed. Because of this, I decided to reprint some of the items, so that I could
fit everything. Another problem I ran into was that I could not fit my title on one page, so I
decided to print it on multiple pages and just glue them together. After I was finished with
cutting and pasting, I realized that I did pretty well. I also realized that after I finished my
project that I did not have to color the sketch of a train that I drew because most of my pictures

We Are Not So Different, You and I Dostoyevsky s Crime and Punishment is a psychologically
charged novel in which the primary element that plagues the protagonist, Rodion Raskolnikov, is
not a person but rather an idea; his own idea. Raskolnikov has an unhealthy obsession with
rendering himself into what he perceives as the ideal, supreme human being, an Гјbermensch.
Raskolnikov forms for himself a theory in which he will live purely according to his own will and
transcend the social norms and moralities that dominate society. Raskolnikov suggests that acts
commonly regarded as immoral are to be reserved for a certain rank of extraordinary men.

Keeping this in mind, it comes as no surprise that Raskolnikov would feel utterly abhorred when
SvidrigaГЇlov refers to them as birds of a feather (p.340; Part 4, Chapter 1). While SvidrigaГЇlov is
rather keen of their shared similarities, such as their status as murderers, Raskolnikov willingly
fails to realize these associations. Raskolnikov s better side objects to the hedonistic behavior of
SvidrigaГЇlov, decrying him as a man of the most abject nature. The dramatic irony lies in the fact
that Raskolnikov desires to be an extraordinary man, the very epitome of SvidrigaГЇlov, a man he
holds in no high regard. Despite their superficial variances and dissidences, Raskolnikov had
slowly rendered himself into a facsimile of the man he detested, SvidrigaГЇlov. Although both men,
whether knowingly or unknowingly, desire to transcend above the ordinary masses, it is only a
matter of time before self realization indicates the folly of their ways. Raskolnikov s brusque
affectation eventually yields to his predilection for salvation and redemption. He ultimately comes
to the realization that he is not worthy of being extraordinary because of the crippling guilt that

At this time, 18.4 cents is gathered as a federal gasoline tax, and 20 cents is gathered as a state gas
tax. However, the federal tax is sent to Washington, and we only receive back 87 cents of every
dollar sent (the rest goes to other states). As an example of this, Rhode Island gets back $2.10 for
every dollar in gas tax that they send to Washington. For the state gas taxes gathered, it is even
worse.
Of the money gathered by the state, almost 1 billion dollars is sent to other state agencies (such as
the Department of Public Safety, Education, and other state colleges and state parks).3 This money
is regulated by the state government to go to these other agencies, which detracts from the

account the increases due to inflation, the budget of TxDOT is decreased by $1 billion dollars
(almost half of which goes to the state s educational system).

Once they reached a certain point God would allow them to be oppressed by someone. They
