Frankl s Man s Search for Meaning, and Akira Kurosawa s Ikiru, all three protagonists, while
extremely different in culture and background, share the common struggle of bringing meaning to
their lives. Siddhartha focuses around Siddhartha, who embarks on a spiritual journey to attain
enlightenment during the time of Buddha. In Man s Search for Meaning, Viktor Frankl recounts
his time in the Nazi death camps during The Holocaust, and uses the framework of his theory,

This does not support my hypothesis, but there are possibilities why the experimental result did not
match the prediction:
There might have been unevaporated water left in the crucible, which would increase the weight of
the oxygen . For example, of the 0.06 grams of oxygen measured, 0.02 grams could have been
unevaporated water.
There might have been some unreacted magnesium. This could have happened if some
magnesium strips were covered by others, eliminating their exposure to air. Due to this, the mass
of oxygen increases since it is naturally diatomic and doubles up. For example, out of the 0.06
grams of magnesium, 0.02 grams might not have reacted. This unreacted metal allows an oxygen
(which would have otherwise been bonded to it) to double up with itself and increase the mass of
total oxygen.
Always, there could be mechanical error and human error. Since the crucible was an open system,
mass could have entered or left due to air currents, or vibrations. No matter how small, any
inaccuracy caused by these errors could have resulted in the higher measurement of oxygen
