Imagine a community where people do not have the opportunity to choose how and where they live. A
Utopian society is an ideal way to live, but with human nature, it will never work. Divergent by
Veronica Roth and The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins are excellent examples of a Utopian
society. Divergent is about a girl named Tris who lives in a community that has been living the perfect
lifestyle for a long time. In Tris s city, the government gives people medicine, so the people do not
question the government. For most people, the drug works, but for Tris and very few others, the
medication does not work. The people in which the dose does not accomplish what the government
wants the medicine are considered divergent. The situation is similar in The Hunger Games where

Diorama Write Up The Hanging of Louis Riel For my diorama I chose to do the hanging of Louis
Riel. I used Lego characters to represent the people who attended the trail and Louis. I did this
because lego is easy to set up and i have an excess amount of lego so it was also easy to gather the
supplies. For the background I picked blue and green construction paper to serve as the sky and hills +
grass. With construction paper i also made the sun and some clouds out of yellow and white paper.
The lego I used added to the understanding of the event by showing that lots of people attended the

In our modern world one of our biggest problems is food, or rather a lack of food. To combat this
problem Quorn was developed in 1925. However Quorn only recently became easily accessible to
South Africans. What I aim to achieve with this project is to establish whether Mycoproteins are the
best way forward. WHAT IS MYCOPROTEIN
Mycoproteins are derived from the fungus Fusarium venenatum . This fungus is grown in a
fermentation vat filled with glucose syrup and minerals and vitamins. To maintain growth oxygen is
pumped in, carbon dioxide is removed and the vat is kept at a temperature between 350C to 420C. To
form the all important protein, nitrogen is consistently added to the fungus. The result of all this
optimization is that the fungus can double its mass every five hours.
However even with this fast production rate the fungus must be dried to ~10% water, this was the
main cost in the production of other single cell proteins. Of the dry mass of the fungus approximately
48% is protein with the remainder being fat, carbohydrates and cell wall. Currently the best single cell
protein production system is unibio s u loop technology which converts natural gas into a highly
concentrated, 71%, protein product. The mycoprotein used in Quorn was chosen above the natural gas
system because the hyphae in the fungus are similar in length and width to genuine muscle fibres
which gives the quorn a more realistic meaty texture.

also have been of slightly but all of my trials were collected under the same calibration so it does not

This passage helps us see how fully human Jesus really was, just as He was fully God. His Godness
