2. Procedure of BMI & SBFP TAGGING
Go to the LIS website http://lis.deped.gov.ph
and log in using your account.

3. Once logged in under DepEd Apps,
click Learner
Information System.

4. Click the List of Classes
tab.

5. Click the Select Tagging
tab.

6. Choose SBFP to update
beneficiary
Choose BMI to update
height
and
weight

7. Select Grade level and Not Tagged BMI, Click Pencil
Provide data on
Height and Weight,
Click Submit

8. Select Grade level and Not Tagged SBFP,
Click Pencil
If non SBFP
beneficiary do
not include in
the tagging
leave it as is
Choose YES for
beneficiary,
Click Submit
