consumer of synthetic rubber.

Product
 TPO is a Hydrocarbon liquid generated
by de-polymerisation of waste tyres.
 Applications: In electric generators,
boilers, diesel pumps, furnaces, hot
water generators, hot air generators,
thermic fluid heater etc.

Comparison
Jatropha methyl ester (JME), whose cetane number (50 – 58.4)
has marginally higher than diesel was blended at different
proportions with TPO.
So, that the TPO can be used as an alternative fuel. JMETPO20
gives the optimum result.
Proposed Solutions
 It is concluded proper utilisation of tyre is possible.
 Pyrolysis is one of the simplest methods to recycle the
waste automobile tyres in to useful energy.
 TPO can be considered as an alternative fuel.
