Fact
• Moore’s Law applies to life as well (beyond the number of transistors and
microchips)
• This implies that our collective intelligence/IQ, our collective understanding of
life, the universe, and the metaphysical world will also increase dramatically. It
is only natural.
• … and so is the speed of transformation. But as the speed increases more
people are and will be left behind.
Prof. Phillip Andrews 8
44
This has several implications!
Technology is one of the main drivers for
accelerating Evolution!
Prof. Phillip Andrews 9
What Is Happening
• Most human brains cannot cope with the massive changes,
megaforces, megatrends … and colossal undercurrents.
• Smart people’s brains have been liberated from constraints
that have been imposed on all of us by dishonest dogmas,
erroneous mental models, false prophets, bad educations, and
lethargic governments. The blanket of idiocy and ignorance is
going away.
• Smart people see new potentials, new horizons, and new
opportunities everywhere and are willing to pursue them. See
the next slide to see a sample of the coming megaforces and
jumbo-challenges.
Prof. Phillip Andrews
The new tsunami
that will hit
businesses and
society.
Prof. Phillip Andrews
12
Sample of crises that
humanity may face
Key Realization: The Tsunamis will hit many countries very hard.
Societies will be harmed … and many people will perish!
THE TIME TO ACT IS NOW.
What Had The Biggest Impact On Society
• The INTERNET. It democratized information and knowledge.
• The democratization of knowledge is the acquisition and
spread of knowledge amongst a wider part of the population,
not just privileged elites such as clergy and academics. Online
libraries and modern information technology play a key role in
providing the masses with access to information, even wisdom.
• AI will be the next major game changer, becoming people’s
personal teachers/professors, mentors/coaches, assistants,
nurses/doctors, … and helpers.
Prof. Phillip Andrews 13
The Level Of Anger and Anxiety Is Reaching The
Danger Zone. Here Are Some Of The Reasons:
• Most politicians are fueling the anger in society on purpose.
• Lack of leadership and vision by our government leaders.
• Excessive misinformation, propaganda, half-truths … and deceptions. (AI will
help remove all this bad stuff) in the future).
• Lack of direction in society, business, and personal worlds --- feeling
helpless, lost, confused, and misguided.
• Many people are facing serious career, family, and personal problems.
• Many people cannot cope with the rate of change. They hate change.
• Many people cannot afford the latest and greatest “gadgets”.
Prof. Phillip Andrews 14
Prof. Phillip Andrews 15
A New Red Flag
• Governments (under pressure from their own paranoid and
schizophrenic public) keep tightening the screws on their own
citizens with gazillion laws, rules, surveillance and monitoring
systems, etc. They want to be viewed as perfectionists when in
reality there is no such thing. All of these actions have two very
negative consequences:
1. Government is micromanaging its citizens, and everyone knows from
the business world that this results in annoyance, fear, loss of trust,
burnout, indifference … and dropping out.
2. The pushback increases, which in society motivates riots, unrest,
disorder, anarchy, bad and criminal behaviors,
Prof. Phillip Andrews 16
Micromanagement Is A Major Threat That
Very Few People Understand Yet
• “Institutions are burning the public's faith in them at the precise
moment in history when we have developed the capacity to replace
them with algorithms. A revolution is coming, and if you thought
human judgment was bad, just wait until you see what replaces it.” –
Edward Snowden (a new Theodore Kaczynski-type prophet)
• So, on top of climate change, technological advancements with
unpredictable consequences, biodiversity loss, and the potential for a
mass extinction event (i.e.: all bees die), now we must add the
paranoid and self-centered policing agencies using AI-based tools to
bear down on people and transfer their paranoia to all citizens
resulting in ugly results and very disturbing pushbacks.
Prof. Phillip Andrews 17
Clarification
• In no way I am supportive of Theodore Kaczynski’s or Edward
Snowden’s views and approaches to life and super ugly and
demented behaviors. However, they both had some valid points
as their super-active minds and high IQs were able to project the
trajectory of things in front of them … and they got scared. The
problem with their thinking process was that they both
underestimated humanity’s ability to solve problems.
• Some people with high IQs become paranoid because they are
focusing on all the negative aspects of the problems in front of
them. One must believe in God (or The Source), Destiny, and
the human ability to survive all calamities, solve all
challenges, and find new ways to make progress.

… And One More Threat To Consider
https://www.sciencenews.org/article/threats-civilization-survival-humanity-apocalypse
• Fact 1: Technologies will permeate and become omnipresent and
ubiquitous, in every aspect of life.
• Fact 2: Business, Innovation, and Knowledge Ecosystems will become
massive and heavily intertwined.
• Fact 3: The Complexity of their operation and management will
increase exponentially.
• Threat: Any sufficiently complex system is at risk of reaching a tipping
point where the slightest disturbance can initiate a major collapse. So, a
seemingly insignificant event can trigger an apocalypse. It’s like the way at
some point adding a single grain of sand to a large sandpile can cause it all
to come tumbling down. Or the snap of a twig initiating an avalanche. Such
complex systems seem stable because their complexity conceals underlying
vulnerability. And that’s the problem and threat.

How To Proceed With Digital Transformation
There Are Literally
Infinite Ways To
Handle Societal
Digital Transformation
When one looks at all the aspects
mentioned on pages 2-5, then one
realizes that the options for moving
forward are numerous.
Prof. Phillip Andrews 25
However, all
approaches
need to
consider what
is mentioned on
the following
pages.
Interesting Point: Governments do not
perform any of these much-needed actions
• Major corporations have learned how to manage
change/transformation and minimize the pain that is unleashed and
haunting their organizations. They have learned that these actions
are extremely beneficial:
a) Communicating the vision of where the organization is headed or at least explaining what
is happening and why it is happening. Setting achievable goals.
b) Explaining the paradigm shifts the right way. Educating the public.
c) Explaining the roadmap that the organization will take to achieve the vision, including the
required speed, time frame, and the required resources
d) Explaining the benefits of the transformation, both at the organizational level and the
personal level. Making it a win-win situation
e) Shortening the transition period but allowing for a gestation period
f) Offering support and coaching to the people who need it

Transformation
Management is
needed!
These are mostly the troublemakers in
society. They would rather grab what
other people have than go to school, get
degrees to get decent jobs, etc.
Wrongdoing is the main avenue for them
to get ahead. Crime, wrong-doing,
chaos, rabblerousing, etc. is the way
they react to their limited brain capacity
and talents (unable to adapt to
society’s rules and norms).
“The Holdovers”
Prof. Phillip Andrews 30
Sad Truth: There are too many of them! They need
help! We can offer it to them.
How Does One Know That One Is Dealing With
The Holdovers? Just Listen To What They Say
• “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”
• “Leave well enough alone.”
• “Don’t change horses in midstream.”
• “Don’t mess with success.”
• “Steady as she goes. Stay on course.”
• “I remember the good old days.”
• “Leave us alone. We are doing fine.”
• “There is nothing wrong with the status
quo.”
Prof. Phillip Andrews 31
Some Interesting Statistics!
These Statistics Tell Us Why Society Needs Help!
• An estimated 26% of Americans ages 18 and older -- about 1
in 4 adults -- suffer from a diagnosable mental disorder in a
given year. Many people suffer from more than one mental
disorder at a given time. In particular, depressive illnesses
tend to co-occur with substance use and anxiety disorders.
• The FBI considers anyone who has been arrested on a felony
charge to have a criminal record, even if the arrest did not
lead to a conviction. The FBI only counts those with a
misdemeanor if a state agency asks the bureau to keep it on
file. So, by the FBI’s standard, 73.5 million people (≈ 30% of
the adult population) in the United States had a criminal
record as of June 30, 2017. (AMAZING)
• 54% of adults have literacy below the sixth-grade level. 21%
of Americans 18 and older were illiterate in 2022.
Prof. Phillip Andrews 32
Make No Mistake
Prof. Phillip Andrews 33
a) By the morons and losers who are both ignorant and
believers of invalid and insane ideologies.
b) By greedy corporations and individuals that all they
care about is their bottom line and their paychecks.
c) By lunatic self-serving politicians that are corrupt and
all they care about is getting re-elected.
d) By evil people who spread myths, lies, falsehoods,
conspiracy theories … and fairy tales just to become
famous and enrich themselves as influencers.
e) By our enemies that hate America.
There Is A Way To Improve Society
Prof. Phillip Andrews 34
Fact: Transformation requires both
energy and motivation.
Most old people and rich people love the
status quo. (Yes, there are exceptions).
Old people are afraid of change because
they no longer have the energy or
motivation required to handle it.
The rich are worried that transformation
will upset the models that they used and
leveraged in their younger days to become
rich.
It is the young people that love and
promote change and transformation.
The problem with young people is that they
don’t understand that transformation is a
process that is both long-lasting and
arduous.

The“Must-Have”and“Must-Address”In
Change Management
• Having a high-level champion(s), the change agents, the
proselytizers/lecturers*, and doers. Creating a coalition.
• Developing and communicating an enticing, compelling, and
clear Vision; creating urgency*.
• Explaining the new Mental Models and Paradigm Shifts and the
benefits at the personal level and the collective level*.
• Managing the messages and communications*.
• Coaching and mentoring*.
Prof. Phillip Andrews 37

Wisdom: Mental Models Need To Be Managed,
Not Left To The Whims Of Bad Influencers and
Ignorant Politicians
• All transformations require a Gestation Period for people as a whole and as
individuals to absorb the essence of the transformation, internalize the
impact and benefits, and adjust all that needs adjusting in mental models,
knowledge, values, beliefs, behaviors, habits, attitudes, and traditions.
• There is a need to help society shorten the gestation period. The 1st
Industrial Revolution took close to 100 years for society to adjust! It was
a shock to the collective system! This is why Education Matters! People
and societies need hand-holding to move forward!
• Need to apply Systems Thinking, which requires Holistic Thinking!
Prof. Phillip Andrews 38
Prof. Phillip Andrews 39
It is true that people
eventually adjust to anything
that impacts their lives. It is a
matter of survival!
But unmanaged change can
also leave a lot of people
behind --- maimed, wounded,
and dead.
The smart thing to do is to
manage Change/
Transformation!
Unfortunately, Politicians
never took that course in
College.

The Digital Age,
Creative Disruption
For societal transformation, we need to have
SHARED MENTAL MODELS! Once again, this is
why education and learning matter!
Example Of
Mental Model
Change
Key Question:
How long will it take for politicians to
endorse the new mental models?
Prof. Phillip Andrews 41
Society and Individuals Need To Climb Quickly Out Of The
Valley of Fear-Uncertainty-Doubt (also known as The Abyss)
Examples:
Prof. Phillip Andrews 42
Companies that fell into the Abyss and
were/are unable to transform:
• Kodak
• Xerox
• Blockbuster Video
• Nokia
• Sears
Modern countries that fell into the
Abyss and are suffering irreparable
damage:
• North Korea
• Russia
• Palestine
• Afghanistan
• Lebanon
They don’t know
how to
transform
The Transformation Curve
Fact
• Every time the number of “Have-Nots” increases in society, then
those societies self-destruct and fall into a deep ABYSS.
• We saw that in France, Spain, Greece, India, several Arab countries,
all Communist societies, (especially Russia, China, and North Korea),
the Philippines, many African countries, and many Latin American
countries.
As the old song says …
Prof. Phillip Andrews 43
Discussion
• Yes, there are several other social-political and power-grabbing reasons, but
the economic reasons are the most important ones because they cause
people to suffer the most. Hungry, jobless, indigent, and destitute people will
always cause trouble because they want to improve their lives. It is a matter
of survival (which is a basic need).
• Then on top of all that, many people have ugly feelings towards others, driven
primarily by ENVY/JEALOUSY, which is one of the ugliest and most
dangerous emotions in human beings.
• Vandalism, sabotage, riots … and even uprisings are normal for unhappy,
deprived, and destitute people.

Prof. Phillip Andrews 46
Top Cautions For Societies
1. When the level of unhappiness in society reaches a high point then society is
risking riots, violence, high rates of mass shootings, high crime rates,
suicides, high drug usage rates, and high society dropout rates.
2. And when the level of unhappiness in society reaches the boiling point, then
society will even face uprisings and rebellions.
3. Most people have the tendency to assign their identities to other people (role
models, idols, leaders), or to groups (incl. religions, political parties, gangs,
cliques, teams, cults, countries, ethnic groups, races … and employers), etc.
Breaking those associations requires a lot of effort, energy … and convincing.
One must have very compelling logic, examples, and stories to win those
people over.
Prof. Phillip Andrews 47
PHILLIP ANDREWS
This is the result of not understanding
what the new
S-curve is all about
The Luddites
PHILLIP ANDREWS
1811 - 1816
It took over 60 years for people to calm down and realize what the 1st Industrial Revolution was about!
And Let’s NOT Forget That Communism Was
Also Born in 1793 (During 1IR and exploded in the mid-1800)
They took advantage of people’s anger against the
Industrial Revolution because killing the Agrarian
Era was very shocking to them!
Their emblem of Hammer & Sickle denotes their
resistance to change and their love for the status
quo!
Karl Marx put lipstick on the pig in 1848!
He glorified something that was nonsensical by
using utopian idealism!
Prof. Phillip Andrews 50
Net Effect Of Communism:
• Lack of innovation
• Subpar manufacturing operations nationwide
• Terrible economy struggling to survive.
• Russia's main exports are a) fuels and energy products (63% of total shipments,
of which crude oil and natural gas accounted for 26% and 12% respectively); b)
metals (10%); c) machinery and equipment (7.4%); d) chemical
products (7.4% ) and e) foodstuffs and agricultural products (5%). In other
words, their economy is mostly focused on exploiting their natural resources
(92.6%). They have NOTHING to show off and brag about in the industrial
arena! But they know how to steal technologies from other countries!
Prof. Phillip Andrews 51
Russian
cars are the
worst
automobile
s in the
world!
Let’s Translate The Message On The
Previous Slide
• The Russians have rejected the Industrial Revolutions. If it weren’t for the
natural resources Russia would not be able to survive as a country. They
survive like barbarians by stealing the wealth of other nations. Russia is the
biggest country in the world, and yet they are trying to grab the lands of their
neighbors because they need more natural resources.
• Bottom Line: Russian Communism is a major FAILURE!
• That’s the penalty for rejecting progress and technology.
Prof. Phillip Andrews 52
Key Realization
• When incompetent, inept, and
dumb people cannot keep up pace
with civilized and progressive
people, then they become ugly
enemies and vandals trying to
destroy everything that the
progressive people have created.
• History is full of examples of this
phenomenon. It’s not new. Russia
is the new barbarians and vandals
of our era.
• We must be prepared to face the
Barbarians. We cannot afford to
behave like the Romans and
Byzantines by letting our guard
down.
Prof. Phillip Andrews 53
Important Lesson Learned For The First
Four Industrial Revolutions
• Governments and Industries need to be proactive and help
transform their societies.
• Being passive and being a spectator in the transformation process is
harmful and even dangerous. It took several societies close to 90
years to transform and move away from the Agrarian Era and accept the
Industrial Era. And some societies around the globe today are still
stuck in the Agrarian Era. We are ready to enter the 5th Industrial
Revolution and some societies are still struggling with the 1st and 2nd
Industrial Revolutions. This is a major problem for the global society.
• Change should not happen by osmosis. It should happen by leading
and helping (incl. educating, cultivating … and enlightening)
Prof. Phillip Andrews 54
Let’s Avoid This
Mistake:
• Leaving Social and Societal
Transformations to the business
world, and letting citizens learn
by osmosis what the
transformation is all about!
• Governments MUST lead, not
follow!
Prof. Phillip Andrews 55
Hints On Helping Society Transform
(“Leading by Example” is great but not very effective in most cases)
1. Create a Shared Vision. Explain the logic and the need to
transform. Involve the community in the planning process.
2. Make it easy to take part/participate, and actively get involved.
3. Foster 360º constant communications. Use social media to
promote change.
4. Educate, Elucidate, Enlighten (they are not synonyms)
5. Help people change their mental models.
6. Explain Paradigm Shifts.
7. Help people create/gain new skills and personal masteries
Prof. Phillip Andrews 56

Holistic Thinking
Citizens goals
Examples (Partial List) of Paradigm Shifts
• Intermittent Innovation
• Short Term Profits
• Maximizing Shareholder Value
• Supply Chains and Value Chains
• Controlling, Enforcing, Planning
• Linear Thinking
• Reactive Approach
• Stick To Your Knitting; Steady, As She Goes
• Standalone Technologies, Systems, DBs …
• Traditional Technologies, Equipment, Buildings …
• Automation
• Continuous Innovation
• Planet-People-Profits (Tripple Bottom Line)
• Maximizing Stakeholder Value
• Business and Innovation Ecosystems
• “Gardening”, Coaching, Exploring
• Holistic Thinking
• Preventive and Predictive Approach
• Creative Disruption; Full Speed Ahead
• Total Integration, Omni-Convergence
• Smart Everything, Everywhere
• Autonomy (Autonomous Systems)
Prof. Phillip Andrews 58
More Paradigm Shifts
• Every individual and enterprise owns and
manages their “stuff” (homes, cars, trucks,
machines, buildings, etc.).
• Captive employees.
• Isolationist mentality (me, myself, and I --- a
matter of survival).
• Competition is the name of the game.
• Deforestation and land decertification are
acceptable.
• Mother Nature can handle its own.
• Representative Democracy.
• Traditional Market Economy.
• Shared Resources Society. Sharing assets and
resources (homes, cars, trucks, motorcycles,
factories, machines, devices, services, etc.)
• Free-floating/fractional, hybrid, and remote
employees.
• Global Citizen Mentality (we and us together---
a matter of co-existence)
• Collaboration.
• Deforestation and land decertification are no
longer acceptable.
• Mother Nature needs our help.
• Participatory Democracy.
• Restorative Economy
Prof. Phillip Andrews 59
People and Societies Need To Understand
And Appreciate The Value Of These:
Prof. Phillip Andrews 60
Prof. Phillip Andrews 61
Prof. Phillip Andrews 62
The key word is“Skills”.
What is missing are the
words “Knowledge” and
“Proficiency” needed to
survive in a high-tech
society.
Businesses will need to hire
all kinds of techies that can
help their companies survive
in a hyper-competitive world.
Key Realization
• We are currently journeying through the 4th Industrial Revolution and getting
ready to enter the 5th Industrial Revolution, which is a misnomer. The reality
is that we are not transforming just the industrial world; we are
transforming the entire society and civilization. In previous transitions
from one revolution to the next, governments did NOT help their societies
transform, and thus there was a lot of unhappiness, anxiety, and anger. It took
decades and much pain for societies to move from the 1st to the 2nd and the
3rd Industrial Revolutions. Let’s avoid the mistakes of the past.
• This time we can help society transform quickly by making clear: a) what
are the paradigm shifts, b) the benefits, c) the required skills, abilities, and
expertise, and d) the consequences of not jumping quickly onto the new S-
Curve or joining the New Era.
• There will be a Digital Divide or Gap that can cause major problems for
society.
Prof. Phillip Andrews 63
Some Disturbing Facts Regarding The 5th
Industrial Revolution (a.k.a. 2nd Renaissance)
• Complexity will increase exponentially!
• The speed of transformation will increase. It is expected that 40% of
current companies will fail in the next 10 years. "At least 40% of all businesses
will die in the next 10 years… if they don’t figure out how to change their entire company to
accommodate new technologies" ... 75 facts about business innovation today - Peter Fisk
• Creative Disruption and Destruction will be the name of the game! It will
leave many enterprises and individuals in the dust!
Prof. Phillip Andrews 64
Moreover, The New Renaissance Could Have A
Dark Side That Will Need To Be Dealt With
• Several professions/jobs and even industries will disappear. High unemployment is
always bad news for Governments and societies.
• The planet will be depleted of many precious resources. Many environmental
ecosystems will also suffer or even disappear (including precious animals like elephants
and whales).
• Capitalism could self-destruct due to people’s fanatical obsession with greed and
injurious envy.
• Our reliance on technology will be matched by the vulnerability to natural events (e.g.
intense sunspot activity) which could annihilate advanced societies by destroying
satellites or power grid distribution. Similarly, the progress of electronics and
communication produced a booming industry in cybercrime and cyberterrorism.
• Technology addiction will also increase. Many people spend excessive amounts of time
on their phones, computers, and other devices, leading to a range of negative health
effects, such as eye strain, sleep deprivation, increased stress levels, and weaker bodies.
Prof. Phillip Andrews 65
Prof. Phillip Andrews 66
We need to do
all that we can
do to save our
planet!
Strong Suggestion
• One of the key roles of the new Innovation Hub is to help
Governments and Society deal with the negative aspects of the
NEW RENAISSANCE.
• This is how:
• Offering workshops, seminars, conferences, symposia … and consultations to
audiences (both online and in community outreach sessions/programs).
• Listening to the VOC (Voice Of the Citizens) and recommending to
Government Officials to take specific and quick actions.
• Coaching Government Officials as to what necessary changes need to be
made in order to reduce societal stress, tensions, anxieties, fears … and
paranoias.
• Recommending to government Officials what public service messages and
warnings to broadcast on TV, SM, and radio on a regular basis.
Prof. Phillip Andrews 67
Some Facts
• Many people’s brains freak out with complexity.
• The fear of complexity is actually the fear of uncertainty, which often triggers a need for
control. Their brains are more relaxed with the binary. Their brains seek to do less thus they
seek simpler shortcuts.
• Most people hate constant change. They prefer simple and
stable lives because mastering their lives calms their brains.
• Change interferes with autonomy and can make people feel that they've lost control over
their “territory”.
• Many people are technophobes and antitechnology
advocates.
• They see technology as adding complexity forcing them to learn new things. In their brains
that is an anathema.
Prof. Phillip Andrews 68
One More Realization
Prof. Phillip Andrews 69
But we can, and we should
try!
It is for the benefit of
society to have as many
people on board as
possible.
Leaving people behind is
harmful in many ways and
it is also very costly!
We cannot afford to have all the freakazoids going
crazy on us causing great harm, mischief, and
damage!
Alarming Statistic
•The US was once a leader in healthcare and
education — now it ranks 27th in the world!
• US Ranks 27th for Healthcare and Education, Down From Sixth Place
(businessinsider.com)
• U.S. Education Rankings Are Falling Behind the Rest of the World
(thebalancemoney.com)
• Education Rankings by Country 2023 (datapandas.org)
Prof. Phillip Andrews 70
Why Does Education Matter In This
Discussion?
• Later in this presentation we will address one of the major threats
emerging in society, called The Digital Divide, which will create a
society of “Haves” and “Have-Nots”.
• Education is the key to reducing dramatically the number of
“Have-Nots” because the emerging new society will be inundated
by new technologies requiring people with the right skills to be
employed and enjoy a happy life. Unschooled and untrained
people will fall into the category of “Have-Nots”, which is bad
news for Society!
Prof. Phillip Andrews 71
One Of Our Main
Goals
Help Society reduce
the problems arising
from the emergence
of the new Digital
Gap.
The New Gap is not the
result of not having the right
equipment. It will be the
result of being left behind
(w/o the right skills,
knowledge, and expertise).

Understanding The Digital Divide
The Have-Nots
• Do NOT have access or have
limited access to modern,

The tsunamis will also
involve all these global

The Digital Divide is NOT mentioned, but it is
described in other terms.
Digital Divide = Financial Inequality + High
Poverty + Unemployment + Societal
Polarizations + High Inflation and High Cost Of
Living + Geoeconomic Warfare + Political
Inaction To Solve Problems + Many More
Societal Problems and Issues
Risk Management is part of what Smart
Governments do. Preventive and Predictive
models will lead to taking proper actions
before problems explode and ruin people and
societies.

Total: 41.3%
NEW YORK--One-third of Americans are living with extreme stress and
nearly half of Americans (48 %) believe that their stress has increased over
the past five years. Stress is taking a toll on people — contributing to health
problems, poor relationships and lost productivity at work, according to a
new national survey released today by the American Psychological
Association (APA).
Stress causes more than half of Americans (54 %) to fight with people close
to them. One in four people report that they have been alienated from a
friend or family member because of stress, with 8 percent connecting stress
to divorce or separation.
Majority of U.S. adults
agree the nation’s
future looks bleak

Old Wisdom
“If You Are Not a Liberal When You Are Young, You
Have No Heart, and If You Are Not a Conservative
When Old, You Have No Brain”
https://www.amjmed.com/article/S0002-9343(16)30193-0/pdf
This wisdom is true for most normal brains.
However, like everything else, there are many exceptions.
The truth is that the young are better inventors and innovators!
The heart“speaks”louder than the brain.

Social Transformation R4 - Phillip Andrews.pdf

  • 1. Prof. Phillip Andrews 1 Prof. Phillip Andrews November 2023
  • 2. Sample Of Game Changers • Smart Cities • Smart Ag • Smart Government • Smart Industries • Smart Healthcare • Smart Education • Smart Mobility • Smart Living • Smart Everything • Quantum Computing • Advanced AI and Analytics • Gig Economy • Trillion Sensor Economy • Circular Economy • Digital Currencies • Mixed Reality • Digital Twins • Hyper-automation Prof. Phillip Andrews 2
  • 3. Sample Of System Innovations Innovate every system, such as: • The Innovation and Value Creation Systems • The Government System (incl. The Welfare System) • Logistics and Supply Chain Management Systems • Operational and Customer Service Systems • Communication Systems • Information/Knowledge Storage and Sharing Systems • Energy Creation and Delivery Systems • Waste Management and Recycling Systems • Business, Innovation and Knowledge Ecosystems Prof. Phillip Andrews 3
  • 4. Sample Factors For Social Innovation • Smart Society • Smart Culture • Conscious Capitalism • Sustainable and Resilient Solutions • Clean and Green Solutions • Reducing Society’s Bad Actors (e.g.: poverty, crime, drug use, human trafficking, terrorism, etc.) • Reducing The Threat Of The Digital Divide • Fair Taxation Prof. Phillip Andrews 4
  • 5. In Addition … The Social Innovation Hub should address: • Food Deserts and ways to eliminate them. • Internet and Digital Deserts and ways to improve them. • Advanced Philanthropy. • Alternative and homeopathic medications. • Healthy and affordable diets. • Affordable and even free Public Transportation. • Loneliness Remediation (note: the UK has a Loneliness Minister) • Loneliness minister: "It's more important than ever to take action" - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) • And other social issues. Prof. Phillip Andrews 5
  • 8. Fact • Moore’s Law applies to life as well (beyond the number of transistors and microchips) • This implies that our collective intelligence/IQ, our collective understanding of life, the universe, and the metaphysical world will also increase dramatically. It is only natural. • … and so is the speed of transformation. But as the speed increases more people are and will be left behind. Prof. Phillip Andrews 8
  • 9. 44 This has several implications! Technology is one of the main drivers for accelerating Evolution! Prof. Phillip Andrews 9
  • 10. What Is Happening • Most human brains cannot cope with the massive changes, megaforces, megatrends … and colossal undercurrents. • Smart people’s brains have been liberated from constraints that have been imposed on all of us by dishonest dogmas, erroneous mental models, false prophets, bad educations, and lethargic governments. The blanket of idiocy and ignorance is going away. • Smart people see new potentials, new horizons, and new opportunities everywhere and are willing to pursue them. See the next slide to see a sample of the coming megaforces and jumbo-challenges. Prof. Phillip Andrews
  • 11. The new tsunami that will hit businesses and society.
  • 12. Prof. Phillip Andrews 12 Sample of crises that humanity may face Key Realization: The Tsunamis will hit many countries very hard. Societies will be harmed … and many people will perish! THE TIME TO ACT IS NOW.
  • 13. What Had The Biggest Impact On Society • The INTERNET. It democratized information and knowledge. • The democratization of knowledge is the acquisition and spread of knowledge amongst a wider part of the population, not just privileged elites such as clergy and academics. Online libraries and modern information technology play a key role in providing the masses with access to information, even wisdom. • AI will be the next major game changer, becoming people’s personal teachers/professors, mentors/coaches, assistants, nurses/doctors, … and helpers. Prof. Phillip Andrews 13
  • 14. The Level Of Anger and Anxiety Is Reaching The Danger Zone. Here Are Some Of The Reasons: • Most politicians are fueling the anger in society on purpose. • Lack of leadership and vision by our government leaders. • Excessive misinformation, propaganda, half-truths … and deceptions. (AI will help remove all this bad stuff) in the future). • Lack of direction in society, business, and personal worlds --- feeling helpless, lost, confused, and misguided. • Many people are facing serious career, family, and personal problems. • Many people cannot cope with the rate of change. They hate change. • Many people cannot afford the latest and greatest “gadgets”. Prof. Phillip Andrews 14
  • 16. A New Red Flag • Governments (under pressure from their own paranoid and schizophrenic public) keep tightening the screws on their own citizens with gazillion laws, rules, surveillance and monitoring systems, etc. They want to be viewed as perfectionists when in reality there is no such thing. All of these actions have two very negative consequences: 1. Government is micromanaging its citizens, and everyone knows from the business world that this results in annoyance, fear, loss of trust, burnout, indifference … and dropping out. 2. The pushback increases, which in society motivates riots, unrest, disorder, anarchy, bad and criminal behaviors, Prof. Phillip Andrews 16
  • 17. Micromanagement Is A Major Threat That Very Few People Understand Yet • “Institutions are burning the public's faith in them at the precise moment in history when we have developed the capacity to replace them with algorithms. A revolution is coming, and if you thought human judgment was bad, just wait until you see what replaces it.” – Edward Snowden (a new Theodore Kaczynski-type prophet) • So, on top of climate change, technological advancements with unpredictable consequences, biodiversity loss, and the potential for a mass extinction event (i.e.: all bees die), now we must add the paranoid and self-centered policing agencies using AI-based tools to bear down on people and transfer their paranoia to all citizens resulting in ugly results and very disturbing pushbacks. Prof. Phillip Andrews 17
  • 18. Clarification • In no way I am supportive of Theodore Kaczynski’s or Edward Snowden’s views and approaches to life and super ugly and demented behaviors. However, they both had some valid points as their super-active minds and high IQs were able to project the trajectory of things in front of them … and they got scared. The problem with their thinking process was that they both underestimated humanity’s ability to solve problems. • Some people with high IQs become paranoid because they are focusing on all the negative aspects of the problems in front of them. One must believe in God (or The Source), Destiny, and the human ability to survive all calamities, solve all challenges, and find new ways to make progress. Prof. Phillip Andrews 18
  • 19. Two Key Reminders Prof. Phillip Andrews 19 Cannot stop Progress or Evolution! Prof. Phillip Andrews
  • 20. 20 We are here to choose and push the right doors! Prof. Phillip Andrews
  • 21. … And One More Threat To Consider https://www.sciencenews.org/article/threats-civilization-survival-humanity-apocalypse • Fact 1: Technologies will permeate and become omnipresent and ubiquitous, in every aspect of life. • Fact 2: Business, Innovation, and Knowledge Ecosystems will become massive and heavily intertwined. • Fact 3: The Complexity of their operation and management will increase exponentially. • Threat: Any sufficiently complex system is at risk of reaching a tipping point where the slightest disturbance can initiate a major collapse. So, a seemingly insignificant event can trigger an apocalypse. It’s like the way at some point adding a single grain of sand to a large sandpile can cause it all to come tumbling down. Or the snap of a twig initiating an avalanche. Such complex systems seem stable because their complexity conceals underlying vulnerability. And that’s the problem and threat. Prof. Phillip Andrews 21
  • 22. Top Suggestion: Manage The Digital Transformation Or Expect Major Problems! Prof. Phillip Andrews 22 This will be one of the main roles of the proposed Social Innovation Hub!
  • 24. Prof. Phillip Andrews 24 How To Proceed With Digital Transformation
  • 25. There Are Literally Infinite Ways To Handle Societal Digital Transformation When one looks at all the aspects mentioned on pages 2-5, then one realizes that the options for moving forward are numerous. Prof. Phillip Andrews 25 However, all approaches need to consider what is mentioned on the following pages.
  • 26. Interesting Point: Governments do not perform any of these much-needed actions • Major corporations have learned how to manage change/transformation and minimize the pain that is unleashed and haunting their organizations. They have learned that these actions are extremely beneficial: a) Communicating the vision of where the organization is headed or at least explaining what is happening and why it is happening. Setting achievable goals. b) Explaining the paradigm shifts the right way. Educating the public. c) Explaining the roadmap that the organization will take to achieve the vision, including the required speed, time frame, and the required resources d) Explaining the benefits of the transformation, both at the organizational level and the personal level. Making it a win-win situation e) Shortening the transition period but allowing for a gestation period f) Offering support and coaching to the people who need it Prof. Phillip Andrews 26

  • 29. Sorry To Bring This Up, But … Prof. Phillip Andrews 29 Geniuses Late Majority Early Majority Early Adopters Prophets Visionaries Futurists Dreamers Innovators Laggards Brain Dead Vandals Hooligans Saboteurs Luddites Etc. Half the population needs help to move forward, and many of them will never move forward. This is why Transformation Management is needed! These are mostly the troublemakers in society. They would rather grab what other people have than go to school, get degrees to get decent jobs, etc. Wrongdoing is the main avenue for them to get ahead. Crime, wrong-doing, chaos, rabblerousing, etc. is the way they react to their limited brain capacity and talents (unable to adapt to society’s rules and norms). “The Holdovers”
  • 30. Prof. Phillip Andrews 30 Sad Truth: There are too many of them! They need help! We can offer it to them.
  • 31. How Does One Know That One Is Dealing With The Holdovers? Just Listen To What They Say • “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” • “Leave well enough alone.” • “Don’t change horses in midstream.” • “Don’t mess with success.” • “Steady as she goes. Stay on course.” • “I remember the good old days.” • “Leave us alone. We are doing fine.” • “There is nothing wrong with the status quo.” Prof. Phillip Andrews 31
  • 32. Some Interesting Statistics! These Statistics Tell Us Why Society Needs Help! • An estimated 26% of Americans ages 18 and older -- about 1 in 4 adults -- suffer from a diagnosable mental disorder in a given year. Many people suffer from more than one mental disorder at a given time. In particular, depressive illnesses tend to co-occur with substance use and anxiety disorders. • The FBI considers anyone who has been arrested on a felony charge to have a criminal record, even if the arrest did not lead to a conviction. The FBI only counts those with a misdemeanor if a state agency asks the bureau to keep it on file. So, by the FBI’s standard, 73.5 million people (≈ 30% of the adult population) in the United States had a criminal record as of June 30, 2017. (AMAZING) • 54% of adults have literacy below the sixth-grade level. 21% of Americans 18 and older were illiterate in 2022. Prof. Phillip Andrews 32
  • 33. Make No Mistake Prof. Phillip Andrews 33 a) By the morons and losers who are both ignorant and believers of invalid and insane ideologies. b) By greedy corporations and individuals that all they care about is their bottom line and their paychecks. c) By lunatic self-serving politicians that are corrupt and all they care about is getting re-elected. d) By evil people who spread myths, lies, falsehoods, conspiracy theories … and fairy tales just to become famous and enrich themselves as influencers. e) By our enemies that hate America.
  • 34. There Is A Way To Improve Society Prof. Phillip Andrews 34 Fact: Transformation requires both energy and motivation. Most old people and rich people love the status quo. (Yes, there are exceptions). Old people are afraid of change because they no longer have the energy or motivation required to handle it. The rich are worried that transformation will upset the models that they used and leveraged in their younger days to become rich. It is the young people that love and promote change and transformation. The problem with young people is that they don’t understand that transformation is a process that is both long-lasting and arduous.

  • 38. Wisdom: Mental Models Need To Be Managed, Not Left To The Whims Of Bad Influencers and Ignorant Politicians • All transformations require a Gestation Period for people as a whole and as individuals to absorb the essence of the transformation, internalize the impact and benefits, and adjust all that needs adjusting in mental models, knowledge, values, beliefs, behaviors, habits, attitudes, and traditions. • There is a need to help society shorten the gestation period. The 1st Industrial Revolution took close to 100 years for society to adjust! It was a shock to the collective system! This is why Education Matters! People and societies need hand-holding to move forward! • Need to apply Systems Thinking, which requires Holistic Thinking! Prof. Phillip Andrews 38
  • 39. Prof. Phillip Andrews 39 It is true that people eventually adjust to anything that impacts their lives. It is a matter of survival! But unmanaged change can also leave a lot of people behind --- maimed, wounded, and dead. The smart thing to do is to manage Change/ Transformation! Unfortunately, Politicians never took that course in College. Mental Models: The Best Way to Make Intelligent Decisions (~100 Models Explained) (fs.blog) Holistic Thinking helps one see the whole iceberg and deal with it.
  • 40. Prof. Phillip Andrews 40 The Digital Age, Creative Disruption For societal transformation, we need to have SHARED MENTAL MODELS! Once again, this is why education and learning matter!
  • 41. Example Of Mental Model Change Key Question: How long will it take for politicians to endorse the new mental models? Prof. Phillip Andrews 41
  • 42. Society and Individuals Need To Climb Quickly Out Of The Valley of Fear-Uncertainty-Doubt (also known as The Abyss) Examples: Prof. Phillip Andrews 42 Companies that fell into the Abyss and were/are unable to transform: • Kodak • Xerox • Blockbuster Video • Nokia • Sears Modern countries that fell into the Abyss and are suffering irreparable damage: • North Korea • Russia • Palestine • Afghanistan • Lebanon They don’t know how to transform The Transformation Curve
  • 43. Fact • Every time the number of “Have-Nots” increases in society, then those societies self-destruct and fall into a deep ABYSS. • We saw that in France, Spain, Greece, India, several Arab countries, all Communist societies, (especially Russia, China, and North Korea), the Philippines, many African countries, and many Latin American countries. As the old song says … Prof. Phillip Andrews 43
  • 44. Discussion • Yes, there are several other social-political and power-grabbing reasons, but the economic reasons are the most important ones because they cause people to suffer the most. Hungry, jobless, indigent, and destitute people will always cause trouble because they want to improve their lives. It is a matter of survival (which is a basic need). • Then on top of all that, many people have ugly feelings towards others, driven primarily by ENVY/JEALOUSY, which is one of the ugliest and most dangerous emotions in human beings. • Vandalism, sabotage, riots … and even uprisings are normal for unhappy, deprived, and destitute people. Prof. Phillip Andrews 44
  • 45. Prof. Phillip Andrews 45 https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2020/01/top-global-risks-report-climate-change- cyberattacks-economic-political/
  • 47. Top Cautions For Societies 1. When the level of unhappiness in society reaches a high point then society is risking riots, violence, high rates of mass shootings, high crime rates, suicides, high drug usage rates, and high society dropout rates. 2. And when the level of unhappiness in society reaches the boiling point, then society will even face uprisings and rebellions. 3. Most people have the tendency to assign their identities to other people (role models, idols, leaders), or to groups (incl. religions, political parties, gangs, cliques, teams, cults, countries, ethnic groups, races … and employers), etc. Breaking those associations requires a lot of effort, energy … and convincing. One must have very compelling logic, examples, and stories to win those people over. Prof. Phillip Andrews 47
  • 48. PHILLIP ANDREWS This is the result of not understanding what the new S-curve is all about
  • 49. The Luddites PHILLIP ANDREWS 1811 - 1816 It took over 60 years for people to calm down and realize what the 1st Industrial Revolution was about!
  • 50. And Let’s NOT Forget That Communism Was Also Born in 1793 (During 1IR and exploded in the mid-1800) They took advantage of people’s anger against the Industrial Revolution because killing the Agrarian Era was very shocking to them! Their emblem of Hammer & Sickle denotes their resistance to change and their love for the status quo! Karl Marx put lipstick on the pig in 1848! He glorified something that was nonsensical by using utopian idealism! Prof. Phillip Andrews 50
  • 51. Net Effect Of Communism: • Lack of innovation • Subpar manufacturing operations nationwide • Terrible economy struggling to survive. • Russia's main exports are a) fuels and energy products (63% of total shipments, of which crude oil and natural gas accounted for 26% and 12% respectively); b) metals (10%); c) machinery and equipment (7.4%); d) chemical products (7.4% ) and e) foodstuffs and agricultural products (5%). In other words, their economy is mostly focused on exploiting their natural resources (92.6%). They have NOTHING to show off and brag about in the industrial arena! But they know how to steal technologies from other countries! Prof. Phillip Andrews 51 Russian cars are the worst automobile s in the world!
  • 52. Let’s Translate The Message On The Previous Slide • The Russians have rejected the Industrial Revolutions. If it weren’t for the natural resources Russia would not be able to survive as a country. They survive like barbarians by stealing the wealth of other nations. Russia is the biggest country in the world, and yet they are trying to grab the lands of their neighbors because they need more natural resources. • Bottom Line: Russian Communism is a major FAILURE! • That’s the penalty for rejecting progress and technology. Prof. Phillip Andrews 52
  • 53. Key Realization • When incompetent, inept, and dumb people cannot keep up pace with civilized and progressive people, then they become ugly enemies and vandals trying to destroy everything that the progressive people have created. • History is full of examples of this phenomenon. It’s not new. Russia is the new barbarians and vandals of our era. • We must be prepared to face the Barbarians. We cannot afford to behave like the Romans and Byzantines by letting our guard down. Prof. Phillip Andrews 53
  • 54. Important Lesson Learned For The First Four Industrial Revolutions • Governments and Industries need to be proactive and help transform their societies. • Being passive and being a spectator in the transformation process is harmful and even dangerous. It took several societies close to 90 years to transform and move away from the Agrarian Era and accept the Industrial Era. And some societies around the globe today are still stuck in the Agrarian Era. We are ready to enter the 5th Industrial Revolution and some societies are still struggling with the 1st and 2nd Industrial Revolutions. This is a major problem for the global society. • Change should not happen by osmosis. It should happen by leading and helping (incl. educating, cultivating … and enlightening) Prof. Phillip Andrews 54
  • 55. Let’s Avoid This Mistake: • Leaving Social and Societal Transformations to the business world, and letting citizens learn by osmosis what the transformation is all about! • Governments MUST lead, not follow! Prof. Phillip Andrews 55
  • 56. Hints On Helping Society Transform (“Leading by Example” is great but not very effective in most cases) 1. Create a Shared Vision. Explain the logic and the need to transform. Involve the community in the planning process. 2. Make it easy to take part/participate, and actively get involved. 3. Foster 360º constant communications. Use social media to promote change. 4. Educate, Elucidate, Enlighten (they are not synonyms) 5. Help people change their mental models. 6. Explain Paradigm Shifts. 7. Help people create/gain new skills and personal masteries Prof. Phillip Andrews 56
  • 57. Prof. Phillip Andrews 57 Great MIT professor and author of the 5 Disciplines Holistic Thinking Citizens goals
  • 58. Examples (Partial List) of Paradigm Shifts • Intermittent Innovation • Short Term Profits • Maximizing Shareholder Value • Supply Chains and Value Chains • Controlling, Enforcing, Planning • Linear Thinking • Reactive Approach • Stick To Your Knitting; Steady, As She Goes • Standalone Technologies, Systems, DBs … • Traditional Technologies, Equipment, Buildings … • Automation • Continuous Innovation • Planet-People-Profits (Tripple Bottom Line) • Maximizing Stakeholder Value • Business and Innovation Ecosystems • “Gardening”, Coaching, Exploring • Holistic Thinking • Preventive and Predictive Approach • Creative Disruption; Full Speed Ahead • Total Integration, Omni-Convergence • Smart Everything, Everywhere • Autonomy (Autonomous Systems) Prof. Phillip Andrews 58
  • 59. More Paradigm Shifts • Every individual and enterprise owns and manages their “stuff” (homes, cars, trucks, machines, buildings, etc.). • Captive employees. • Isolationist mentality (me, myself, and I --- a matter of survival). • Competition is the name of the game. • Deforestation and land decertification are acceptable. • Mother Nature can handle its own. • Representative Democracy. • Traditional Market Economy. • Shared Resources Society. Sharing assets and resources (homes, cars, trucks, motorcycles, factories, machines, devices, services, etc.) • Free-floating/fractional, hybrid, and remote employees. • Global Citizen Mentality (we and us together--- a matter of co-existence) • Collaboration. • Deforestation and land decertification are no longer acceptable. • Mother Nature needs our help. • Participatory Democracy. • Restorative Economy Prof. Phillip Andrews 59
  • 60. People and Societies Need To Understand And Appreciate The Value Of These: Prof. Phillip Andrews 60
  • 62. Prof. Phillip Andrews 62 The key word is“Skills”. What is missing are the words “Knowledge” and “Proficiency” needed to survive in a high-tech society. Businesses will need to hire all kinds of techies that can help their companies survive in a hyper-competitive world.
  • 63. Key Realization • We are currently journeying through the 4th Industrial Revolution and getting ready to enter the 5th Industrial Revolution, which is a misnomer. The reality is that we are not transforming just the industrial world; we are transforming the entire society and civilization. In previous transitions from one revolution to the next, governments did NOT help their societies transform, and thus there was a lot of unhappiness, anxiety, and anger. It took decades and much pain for societies to move from the 1st to the 2nd and the 3rd Industrial Revolutions. Let’s avoid the mistakes of the past. • This time we can help society transform quickly by making clear: a) what are the paradigm shifts, b) the benefits, c) the required skills, abilities, and expertise, and d) the consequences of not jumping quickly onto the new S- Curve or joining the New Era. • There will be a Digital Divide or Gap that can cause major problems for society. Prof. Phillip Andrews 63
  • 64. Some Disturbing Facts Regarding The 5th Industrial Revolution (a.k.a. 2nd Renaissance) • Complexity will increase exponentially! • The speed of transformation will increase. It is expected that 40% of current companies will fail in the next 10 years. "At least 40% of all businesses will die in the next 10 years… if they don’t figure out how to change their entire company to accommodate new technologies" ... 75 facts about business innovation today - Peter Fisk • Creative Disruption and Destruction will be the name of the game! It will leave many enterprises and individuals in the dust! Prof. Phillip Andrews 64
  • 65. Moreover, The New Renaissance Could Have A Dark Side That Will Need To Be Dealt With • Several professions/jobs and even industries will disappear. High unemployment is always bad news for Governments and societies. • The planet will be depleted of many precious resources. Many environmental ecosystems will also suffer or even disappear (including precious animals like elephants and whales). • Capitalism could self-destruct due to people’s fanatical obsession with greed and injurious envy. • Our reliance on technology will be matched by the vulnerability to natural events (e.g. intense sunspot activity) which could annihilate advanced societies by destroying satellites or power grid distribution. Similarly, the progress of electronics and communication produced a booming industry in cybercrime and cyberterrorism. • Technology addiction will also increase. Many people spend excessive amounts of time on their phones, computers, and other devices, leading to a range of negative health effects, such as eye strain, sleep deprivation, increased stress levels, and weaker bodies. Prof. Phillip Andrews 65
  • 66. Prof. Phillip Andrews 66 We need to do all that we can do to save our planet!
  • 67. Strong Suggestion • One of the key roles of the new Innovation Hub is to help Governments and Society deal with the negative aspects of the NEW RENAISSANCE. • This is how: • Offering workshops, seminars, conferences, symposia … and consultations to audiences (both online and in community outreach sessions/programs). • Listening to the VOC (Voice Of the Citizens) and recommending to Government Officials to take specific and quick actions. • Coaching Government Officials as to what necessary changes need to be made in order to reduce societal stress, tensions, anxieties, fears … and paranoias. • Recommending to government Officials what public service messages and warnings to broadcast on TV, SM, and radio on a regular basis. Prof. Phillip Andrews 67
  • 68. Some Facts • Many people’s brains freak out with complexity. • The fear of complexity is actually the fear of uncertainty, which often triggers a need for control. Their brains are more relaxed with the binary. Their brains seek to do less thus they seek simpler shortcuts. • Most people hate constant change. They prefer simple and stable lives because mastering their lives calms their brains. • Change interferes with autonomy and can make people feel that they've lost control over their “territory”. • Many people are technophobes and antitechnology advocates. • They see technology as adding complexity forcing them to learn new things. In their brains that is an anathema. Prof. Phillip Andrews 68
  • 69. One More Realization Prof. Phillip Andrews 69 But we can, and we should try! It is for the benefit of society to have as many people on board as possible. Leaving people behind is harmful in many ways and it is also very costly! We cannot afford to have all the freakazoids going crazy on us causing great harm, mischief, and damage!

  • 71. Why Does Education Matter In This Discussion? • Later in this presentation we will address one of the major threats emerging in society, called The Digital Divide, which will create a society of “Haves” and “Have-Nots”. • Education is the key to reducing dramatically the number of “Have-Nots” because the emerging new society will be inundated by new technologies requiring people with the right skills to be employed and enjoy a happy life. Unschooled and untrained people will fall into the category of “Have-Nots”, which is bad news for Society! Prof. Phillip Andrews 71
  • 72. One Of Our Main Goals Help Society reduce the problems arising from the emergence of the new Digital Gap. The New Gap is not the result of not having the right equipment. It will be the result of being left behind (w/o the right skills, knowledge, and expertise). https://www.cnn.com/2023/12/11/e conomy/csj-two-nations-report-uk- social-divide/index.html Prof. Phillip Andrews 72
  • 73. Understanding The Digital Divide The Have-Nots • Do NOT have access or have limited access to modern, information and communication technologies. • Cannot cope with social/societal changes (incl. multiculturalism and ethnic migrations) and the speed of change. • Do Not have the right education and skills required to thrive and properly function in the Digital Age. The haves • They have access to all the latest technologies. • They can cope easily. • They have the right education and skills. Prof. Phillip Andrews 73
  • 74. This is NOT Good For Society! Prof. Phillip Andrews 74
  • 75. Prof. Phillip Andrews 75 The Digital Divide is already happening in some big cities, and governments are clueless as to what to do! We hope to help ease this condition! No one can totally eliminate it!
