SUMMARY
CAREER PROFILE
SUBSTITUTE TEACHER : Duties consist of engaging the students to
     enhance the learning environment. Develop lesson plans and follow lesson
     plans left by tenure teacher. Communicate with administration, faculty,
     and students to develop relationships that drive learning.




     ASSISTANT COACH : Responsible for setting up practice drills and develop
     strategy for games. Additional duties included using communication skills
     to articulate the expectation of the program to alumni and prospective
     students.



     GRADUATE ASSISTANT COACH : Responsibilities include recruiting,
     conditioning programs, editing tapes, evaluating opponents, preparing
     game strategies for practice and competitive events, conducting individual
     work during practice, monitoring academic progress of team members, and
     acquiring knowledge of NCAA, GLVC and University policies and assisting
     with the head coach’s philosophy of retaining and graduating student-
     athletes.




CAREER PROFILE
MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER : Built a high level of trust with
     internet clients and presented mortgage loans for
     refinancing and/or new home purchases. Reviewed bank,
     state, and federal guidelines to ensure home loans were in
     compliance with the various lending institutions. Collected
     financial documentation to ensure homeowners could afford
     the new loans being proposed. Used communication skills to
     articulate options for refinancing or purchase loans.



     SALES CONSULTANT : Responsible to communicate with
     customers to obtain needs for possible sale of products and
     generated leads for product sales through relationships and
     cold calls. Negotiated competitive price on 15 to 20 sales
     per month.
