2. What is the purpose?
The purpose of a film poster is to promote the
movie. It usually gives the potential audience
an idea of the genre of the film as well as
displaying some institutional information. Film
posters are a combination between art and
advertising.
6. Development
1) I took pictures of the 2 protagonists to put
on the poster. I then used Photoshop to edit
them. Here are a few of the pictures before
they were edited.

2) I used InDesign to make a layout for the
poster using the style, font and colours which
I had previously decided.
