  1. A Sonae vive um intenso período de internacionalização. Queremos cada vez mais mundo. Mensagem: Não existem fronteiras que sejam obstáculo ao crescimento da Sonae.
  2. O início da Fábrica na Maia, cujas instalações se mantêm. Mensagem: Dos anos 50 até hoje, houve uma grande evolução mas um valor mantém-se: a irreverência e espírito empreendedor da Sonae. Os nossos valores acompanham-nos desde o primeiro dia da Empresa.
  3. Os trabalhadores fizerem greve contra a tentativa de nacionalização da Sonae. Mensagem: Este foi um gesto inédito e representa o forte envolvimento dos colaboradores.
  4. Acontece uma revolução que haveria de mudar para sempre os hábitos de consumo dos Português. Nasce o primeiro hipermercado Português: O Continente de Matosinhos A Revolução foi tão grande que o parque do Continente estava lotado não apenas por carros mas por autocarros vindos de todo o país: excurssões organizadas por juntas de freguesia, associações recreativas, câmaras municipais, escolas… Vinham noivos tirar a foto do casamento.
  5. A loucura do Colombo: é a década de abertura do maior Shopping Center da Europa, investimento à data considerado pelos analistas como megalómano e demasiado arriscado. No entanto, comprovou-se mais uma vez a Visão da Sonae. O Colombo ainda hoje é Campeão de vendas. A Loucura da Optimus – O lançamento da Optimus foi mais uma revolução no mercado e, apesar dos constrangimentos, um grande sucesso. O Brasil – Em muito curto espaço de tempo (5 anos) tornámo-nos no 3º maior retalhista alimentar do Brasil.
  6. Nos anos 2000, num conceito de Long living Company, a Sonae alterou a sua estrutura de topo, assumindo o Engº Paulo Azevedo a liderança executiva do grupo. Dá-se a revolução silenciosa do Kaizen, em que cada colaborador passa a ser um líder. http://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kaizen
  7. Em 2010, em concordância com uma mudança de postura perante o exterior, ainda mais aberta e comunicante, a Sonae passa por mais um processo de Rebranding. Nascem círculos de dinamismo e inovação.
  8. O objectivo deste slide será construir uma espécie de quadro com imagens e as palavras em tamanho pequeno, dando destaque àquelas que estão a negrito (negócios core).
  9. Separador para entrar no tema: Como trabalhamos. Neste capítulo deverá ser introduzido o logo que segue também em anexo: Your world, our future, criando-se uma coerência entre os nossos elementos de Employer Brand. As pessoas estão na base do nosso sucesso e fazem a diferença todos os dias.
  10. Pelo negócio e pelo trabalho; sentimento de pertença. Também nos divertimos a fazer o que fazemos.

  13. Também os estudantes universitários poderão fazer a diferença na Rede Contacto. A Rede Contacto, criada em 2010, é a primeira rede empresarial, a nível mundial, que estimula o relacionamento entre um único grupo empresarial – Empresas Sonae – e estudantes universitários. Até agora, cerca de 15 mil participantes registaram-se e estão já em contacto, um número que vem crescendo dia após dia. Através deste espaço online, os estudantes e recém-licenciados poderão mostrar o seu valor e agarrar a oportunidade de integrar as equipas da Sonae, o maior empregador privado em Portugal. Através da Rede Contacto, os alunos resolvem vários desafios: preenchimento de questionários, quizzes, defesa de opiniões sobre temas específicos, entre outros.
