Total Income has increased from Rs 3262.46 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 to Rs 3330.10 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2007.

Sobha had formed a joint venture with QVC Realty and a local developer, Chintels India, to develop 192 acres of land in Gurgaon with a developable area of 5.7 million square feet (msf). Chintels India was responsible for providing the land for the development.
