Pour some caster sugar on the « Merveilles »
Enjoy  !
Technique : In  a bowl  mix the flour, the butter, the caster sugar, the eggs and the pinch of table salt.  Roll the dough in a ball. Keep 1 hour in cool temperature. Lower the dough on 2 mm approximately. Cut in bands (strips) , then in rectangles . Deep-fry in a bath of warm oil. Sprinkle with icing sugar. Alisson and Catia
