Who are my audiences?
• They between the ages of 16-25
• They are interested in indie rock.
What institutions would be successful
 in selling the rock magazine to the
           target audience?
•   Tesco's & Sainsbury's
•   Topshop & River Island
•   Festivals e.g. Reading and Leeds
•   Be associated with Absolute Radio
•   Online subscription
•   Website and App for smartphones
Why Tesco's & Sainsbury’s?
• National companies
• Target working/middle class families, which is
  why rock magazine will probably be included
  as they will attract teenagers and younger
  adults.
• Wide selection of magazines
• Students will go to these supermarkets for
  their shopping
Why Topshop & River Island?
• Sell the same type of clothing worn in the rock
  industry.
• Teenagers and younger adults are also the
  target audience for these shops.
Why Festivals?
• Popular events in the rock industry for artists
  and audience.
• Could sponsor the event and be promoted on
  the festival website and the festival promoted
  with incentives in the magazine.
Why be associated with Absolute
               Radio?
• The radio station plays the same type of
  music.
• It would increase publicity with listeners of
  the radio station if promoted.
Why an Online subscription (website,
          app, delivery)?
• Younger generation brought up with
  technology so would appeal to them.
• The magazine would be easily assessable and
  potable for the audience as can be assess by a
  smart phone or on a laptop.
