Ask questions, find out about the person, their goals, and their specific needs. <br />What is the total cost?<br />How long will it take? Offer 8-week sessions<br />What can this degree do for me? What job?<br />Transparency<br />Back-end process should be transparent to students. Customer service is the key. One admissions counselor should handle all aspects of the process and not bog the student down with technicalities. Admission, audit, advising, etc….<br />Technology<br />Seamless, ease – apply, register, order e-books – in a matter of a couple of computer sessions. E-books are a must. Podcasts, vodcasts – downloaded to iPods and MP3 players. <br />Electronic transmission of official transcripts.<br />Immediate official audits for both prospects and applicants<br />List of classes needed and those available online appear after admission<br />On-line chat/phone assistance for registration<br />
