2. Objectives
The followings are the objectives of my research project…
• To know the awareness about vehicle tracking system
• Measuring customer satisfaction in terms of product, services,
pricing
• Identify the potential customers for vehicle tracking system in Pune
• To know how vehicle tracking system is helping Tours and travels,
Transporters, Logistics companies, Heavy vehicle owners, Car
showrooms and schools.

13. Observations
• Customers are very satisfied with the product and
services.
• Owners of the vehicles are now very much
dependable on tracking their vehicle.
• Those who are satisfied with the product and
services, they are willing to install VTS.
14. Suggestions / Recommendations:
a) Company should be more customers centric.
b) Company should take some initiative to create in depth
awareness among their potential customer so that company
can easily get new customers.
c) Company should also take hard selling technique to sell
their product and services.
d) Company required more executives to handle the customers
and deals.
e) Company should provide better services to delight their
customers.
