Enterprise social networks like Yammer allow employees within a company to connect and share information and ideas. By creating a vast archive of business conversations and connections within a closed private network, employees can work more efficiently and innovate more quickly as they have greater access to role, project, and company information. However, teams often feel overwhelmed, spending over an hour per day searching for information and coordinating collaboration, with time lost duplicating work.
