This is the period which there is a great improvement in mapping and navigation in Europe. In this time, Europeans start to explore unknown areas and searching for trade routes. This era is a very important period in which the Europeans gain knowledge about land and colonized countries. Countries were being found and controlled by them, so this period is not considered that great for the local people of the colonized countries.
