1. External List Management
Fallow the Below Steps For Exter List Management
Before doing the ELM we need to create .xml or .csv file with Our Data, Because these two formtes are Only Uploaded in ELM.
Go to Home Page in GUI like below
Click on “CRM_UI - Start CRM WebClient” Option in Web-Ui
After entering the User ID and Password Click on Marketing Pro
Then below Screen Displayed….
In this screen click on Marketing Option… then below screen displayed…
Click on Mapping Format in Create Area…. Later Below Screen displayed…..

2. In this screen In General data area
ID = “NAIDU” (Our Own Creation Id)
Mapping Format = Naidu Mapping format
Filter Criteria = Person
Click on “Select a File” in Preview Area, then below screen displayed..
Click on Browse Button
Select the Our Own creation BP file but it is must and should be “.csv file or xml file”
Later Click on Upload button… Later below screen displayed..
In this screen Delimiter Type column Select the “Comma” and click on refresh button…
Later below field Mapping area Our Own BP Profile are displayed..
In that click on Each Position wise and Map that In Available Target fields later click on Map Option Each wise.
Map the Details like below process wise
Sreenivas = First Name
Kedari = Last Name
9493932666 = Telephone No.
Sreenivasnaidu.kedari@gmail.com = Email Address

3. IN(India) = ISO Code
Ongole = city
Then again check once all the BP details are mapped or not? Later click on back button and save it….
Later Click on Save button………….. Again back to Home Screen like below…
Again click on External List Option in Create area

4. ID = NAIDU (Type)
External List = Naidu External List (Type)
Origin = Provider 1(here we can select anyone, it mean in which way we receive the information) (Select it)
Type = Rented (here we can select anyone, it mean in which way we receive the information) (Select it)
In Process Steps Area
Click the below Check boxes
Read file
Map Data
Maintain Business Partner
Maintain Target Group
Delimiter = Comma
Click on “Select the file” Option and Browse Our Own “.csv” file then again click on “Upload” button….
Later Click on Start button in Top Left side corner… then below screen displayed…

5. In this screen first click on Refresh button in top column
Then In Process Steps area All Check boxes getting green colour.
Again Click on Show List Records Option in Top menu… then below screen displayed….
If Our External List Uploaded successfully Screen displayed like above. If it is not getting error (red Symbol).
