let me share a Story…… Visualize “
Parrot Prediction Model”
Z Generations are like Parrot >>
>> Whenever the Parrot come out of the Cage
and pull over the Cards, they look for his Boss
Signal, if the Boos keep quiet, they will continue
the Work, the minute if they see the “Paddy”,
their Job is completed, they handover the Card
and they get inside to Cage.
>> Every time when these Z Gen Employee
complete the Task, they will look at you for
your Feedback, if you give Feedback , they will
accept and move forward, if Your Feedback
Motivates them, they will do the Job with
Joy & Fun, and like to be “Appreciated in
Public”. If your Feedback doesn’t Motivate
them, they will just complete the Task and
never bother about “Success“ , he will just do
the Job on his own phase.
>> Also they are Tech Savvy, Good in
Networking, Jump in to Conclusion &
Emotionally Connected.
