  2. The subjects (sciences) are hard, how many of us have the same attitude? How do we scare students? Science is not for you - science is hard What made you come? - wanted to learn - coarsed (bosses said you must go) - something (money)
  3. Streaming students according to perfomance. What is your view?

Traditional model – used to practice the wage incentive method to motivate workers/subordinate (Taylor, Fayol) Human relations model there was observation that social needs of their subordinates were neglected (Mayo) the resources model focused on employees high order needs i.e. self esteem, actualisation (mcgregor, maslow)
  5. If you are in 20s save 10% of your monthly earnings, if in 30s save 15% of your monthly earnings If in 40s save 20%, in 50s save 25%
