Customer acquisition will be a game. Certain brands will be worth more credits based on the affiliate commission. Friends will cost credits based on their social reputation. These scores will be hidden and only revealed when the user clicks on a friend. Bonus points will be given if an A-list friend is invited. The progress bar will show the users % completed. The user will earn 100 credits if they complete everything. i.e invite 10 friends, follow 10 brands and complete their profile. Each user will start with 100 credits. Each brand/friend they select reduces their credits by 10. As users earn more credits (sharing/buying) they can invite more friends.
As you visit brands for the first time you get 10 credits. Each visit there after is worth 1 credit. A bonus will be given to each user if its the first time anyone on Skadoosh has visited the brand. As users share objects, the verb creator will be given to new objects into Skadoosh. If the object already exists we will link each new user to that object. This will enable us to see which products are hot and those that are not .
1. The new affiliate link to the social object: gilet appears in my profile. 2. The commission for Jack Wills is 5% 3. Gillian clicks the link and buys the Gilet plus a pair of trousers. The total shopping basket is worth £147.00 from this affiliate link. 4. The commission earned from Jack Wills is thus: £7.35 5. Gillian has the verb 'purchased' added to the object and it appears in her profile and wardrobe. 6. At the moment the revenue split is 60:30:10 60% to Sam who created the link. Sam was not the original object creator. 35% to Skadoosh 5% to Object Creator. 7. The creator earns new credits. The object creator/owner (person with most points associated to the object) gets 5% of every transaction. A user can lose the creator/owner title if other people do more with the object. (Purchase, Reshare, Comment).
1. Skadoosh has recommended a pink sweatshirt. i.e people who bought the Gilet also bought the pink sweatshirt. 2. The 5% commission still stands 3. Gillian clicks on the pink sweatshirt link and buys an additional dress. 4. The commission earned is £4.65 5. A 'purchased' verb is attached to Gillian's shopping objects. 6. The object creator/owner gets 20% 7. or 93 credits in this example 8. Skadoosh earn £3.72 In this example there is no user split.
