Season Two Wrap Up
The Know Your Stats About Prostate Cancer campaign is a national public awareness effort to promote
the American Urological Association’s prostate cancer screening guidelines. Encouraging all men age 40 and
older to get a baseline PSA test and talk with their doctor about their prostate health.
Campaign has reached more than 200 million impressions and growing.
Mike Haynes has conducted over 200 interviews nationwide since the beginning of the Know Your
Stats campaign.
Know Your Stats multimedia release picked up by more than 1,700 outlets across the country.
During the week before Super Bowl, conducted media interviews resulting in total media impressions
to date of over 135 million.
Participated in more than 35 broadcast interviews during Super Bowl week, including two
consecutive days of appearances on ESPN’s Mike & Mike in the Morning, which averages more than
3 million listeners daily.
Syndicated interviews featuring the Know Your Stats messages hit national airwaves on over 200
stations on Fox Sports Radio Network and through interviews with ESPN Radio’s Mike & Mike in
the Morning, airing on 750 radio stations and simulcast on ESPN2.
Super Bowl media coverage included a segment on Fox and Friends, where more than 2.5 million
viewers were encouraged to visit KnowYourStats.org.
Know Your Stats television public service announcements aired more than 391 nationally and in 108
markets to date, generating nearly 31 million impressions.
Over 2 million viewers caught Know Your Stats through viral media such as: You Tube, AOL Video,
and San Francisco 49’ers Examiner.
Participated in 528 hospital led community education events attended by over 54,000 men
