1. Social Chatter
-How quickly does it drop off after PR/event?
        -Does it happen organically?
 -Does the chatter generate any substantial
                  metrics?
      -Do customers make referrals?
2. Engagement
        -How engaged is the user?
-How hard could you poke them before they
                 leave?
-How long does their engagement peak for?
3. What would happen if
 you shut your product
     down today?
So how do you get your
customers to engage?
1. Is it the product/
        market?
-Sometimes bad ideas are just that, bad
                 ideas?
       -Pivoting around the idea
-Correctly understanding user feedback
2. Customer Service
        -Start by doing this yourself
         -Keep it in house for while
-Give it the importance it deserves in your
                  company
3. Focus on the numbers
   (THE REAL ONES)
        -What engagement matters?
   -How can you drive that engagement
-Don’t get fooled by the law of small numbers
             -Early adopter issue

  • 16. 3. What would happen if you shut your product down today?
  • 17. So how do you get your customers to engage?
  • 18. 1. Is it the product/ market? -Sometimes bad ideas are just that, bad ideas? -Pivoting around the idea -Correctly understanding user feedback
  • 19. 2. Customer Service -Start by doing this yourself -Keep it in house for while -Give it the importance it deserves in your company
  • 20. 3. Focus on the numbers (THE REAL ONES) -What engagement matters? -How can you drive that engagement -Don’t get fooled by the law of small numbers -Early adopter issue
