1. Reference for: Stefan Constantinou
To Whom it May Concern:
I highly recommend Stefan as a candidate for employment/college.
Stefan volunteered as a film-maker for The Base at Acland Burghley School
during the academic years 2012-2013 and 2013-2014.
The Base is a specialist resource centre for autistic students. It provides support for young people with autism
who require more specialist support to access a mainstream environment.
Stefan successfully worked in a team to create a promotional video about The Base. He played a key role in
planning, researching, producing and directing the video.
As part of the team, Stefan was involved in interviewing students, staff, parents and other professionals such
as the borough speech and language therapist. He was proactive in scheduling appointments,
demonstrating flexibility and resilience in the face of technical and filming challenges.
At all times he demonstrated a highly conscientious approach to his work and was aware of confidentiality
issues. Stefan should also be commended for the sensitive way in which he managed students with
additional needs. I was particularly impressed that Stefan and the film team demonstrated initiative, working
together to create a pamphlet about the film project.
Stefan has excellent communication skills. In addition, he is extremely organised and reliable. He can work
independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done.
I can unreservedly support Stefan’s application.
If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to call me.
