1. I thought that you would be interested in some current photos of progress at the Market. This project for Ellis Partners is
the centerpiece for revitalization efforts at Jack London Square, Oakland. The building just received a certificate of occu-
pancy culminating 7 long years of dreaming...now the tenant work can begin.
I am truly thankful for my involvement in this wonderful gift to Oakland...thanks to Hal!
