Early in 2008 I was working with a group of children from Ormesby Comprehensive in Middlesbrough to develop and run a Digital Arts Exhibition. The Kids made their pitch to an invited audience at the BBC Open Centre. This is their presentation.

- Hello we are class 9V1 of Ormesby Special Engineering College and we’d like to tell you about or Digital Arts Exhibition
- We are working with the University of Teesside
- To build the Octorama
- The Octorama is a multi media digital arts installation with 8 screens and 8 speakers. This is our model. The real one will be 14 metres in diameter
- The Octorama was first used in 2003. Here is a short video from then.
- In 2004 another exhibition ran in the Octorama on the theme of Family Links. Here are some examples from that exhibition.
