The Stress Management Questionnaire (SMQ) has helped over 600,000 individuals to understand their stress warning sings, stress risk and the effects of stress on health and productivity.
The SMQ assesses three major areas of stress theory: stressor, stress effects and stress warning signs. The SMQ has 11 scales; they are: Hostility or Anger, Perfectionism, Time Orientation, Burnout, Disappointment, Underachievement, and Tension. These 7 scales assess the "7 Warning Signs of Stress". In addition, the SMQ assesses Stressors (Major Live Events and Hassles) and Stress Effects (Physical and Emotional)
