Employment & Compensation 1. Selected candidates will work on
prestigious projects deployed at HCL
Location by PAN INDIA
2. The candidates will work on roles of
HCL for a minimum period of 6 months
(exceptional performers will have an
opportunity to become employee of the
HCL anytime).
3. Compensation will be between INR
1.8L to 2.5L PER ANNUM
4. Selected Candidates will not be
given the offer directly immediately on
the day of the drive, Company will
send a mail to the college with the
names of the shortlisted candidates,
The candidate who successfully
completes the HCL interview then the
offer letter will be rolled out to the
candidate
.
Requirement
Graduation should have completed
Engineering/MBA with minimum 60%
(10th, 12th, Std also at 60%)
Interview Process 1. Aptitude & Technical Test

3. Short listing of the names who gets
selected and a confirmation mail will
be sent to college.
4. All the shortlisted candidates should
go through certifications which will be
disclosed post selection.
5. Candidates that pass 1, 2 and 3 will
have to take a hr Round which will be
conducted at HCL, Indore (This will be
done once the academic year is
completed).
6.Offer Letter will be issued to
candidates who successfully
completes the hr round interview
