SEBI slams the door on non-compliant FIIs Capital market regulator the (SEBI) said that 197 foreign institutional investors (FIIs) and 342 sub-accounts have not complied with the ‘broadbase structure’, which requires each sub-account to have at least 20 investors with no single investor holding more than 49% of the pool.
