Key People @ ZANEC
 Ravi Kumar – Chairman
Ravi was one of the founders of iSOFT Group, former Member of Board of Directors and CTO & Executive Director responsible for Product Strategy
at iSOFT Group. iSOFT Group was a FTSE-350 company. Ravi was also the Chairman of iSOFT R&D India. At iSOFT, Ravi was primarily responsible for
Product & technology strategy and played a key part in building and growing the business from a start-up to over $500m business. Ravi was
responsible for leading a number of product teams designing and delivering products, running some of the largest healthcare systems in the
world today. Prior to that, Ravi was CEO of Product division at iSOFT and prior to that he was Director responsible for product development at
KPMG Health systems business. Ravi has over 20 years of international experience in software technology and management.
 Ravan Boddu – CEO
Ravan Boddu has over 20 years of international experience in software technology and management with entrepreneurial spirit coupled with
hands-on approach and ability to focus on strategy, people and execution. Prior to ZANEC, Ravan started the R&D centre in India for iSOFT Group,
UK as a joint venture (JV) where he worked as CEO of Indian operations between Oct 2000 and March 2007 delivering innovative products from the
R&D centre and grew the company from start-up to over 1600 employees. Ravan started his career as a software engineer in India and then moved
on to join KPMG in the UK as a consultant. After spending three years in UK, Ravan then moved to the USA where he worked for 8 years for some of
the biggest companies including WorldCom and Dell at various levels including Director of Data Architecture.
 Satya Kaliki – COO
A seasoned technical entrepreneur with extensive global experience in Product strategy, Product management, Product development off-shoring
and operations, R&D of medium and high-tech product businesses. Satya’s product knowledge spans Healthcare Informatics, Networks and
Network management and security, Service Oriented Architecture, Enterprise Application Integration and Computer Services. He is highly
entrepreneurial in nature with passion for products and leadership skills to inspire the teams with vision, conviction and enthusiasm. Prior to
ZANEC, Satya was with iSOFT, one of the world’s leading healthcare product and solutions provider, and held several leadership positions, including
Chief architect, Director of product management and Director of Product Engineering, where he managed a team of 1100 people working on
product development and delivery. Satya also played vital roles in the engineering teams of NetScaler, developing content switching and load
balancing technology and at Cisco Systems developing SNMP based Network management suite for the Gigabit Switch Router (GSR) series.
 Surya Kandukuri – Business Development Director
Surya has 20 years of international experience in business development and marketing and specializes in the cross border service delivery models,
involving several small mid market companies integrate with the outsourcing models in their core operations. Successfully established and
delivered services to FTSE 100 companies. Prior to ZANEC, Surya has worked for major IT corporations like HCL, IBM and MegaSoft. Surya has
worked for 6 years with HCL Hewlett Packard Ltd/ HCL Insys in India before moving to UK

• Client has a vision to deliver a totally flexible information service which is personalized,
capable of being self administered by non-technical users to every person who works in the
Organisation.
• We have worked with Client to design and deliver a prototype application portal which does
exactly that, based on the principles of WEB2.0 and iGOOGLE type framework.
• As part of this portal, we have used a portal framework which is accessible by anyone and
everyone who has access to the Client network to access the information available in the
Organisation anonymously at the highest level. At the second level, when an authenticated
user is logged in to the portal, a much sophisticated and intelligent information is presented
which is personalized based on the user requirements.
• All the complexity and cleverness is totally hidden from the user and the portal acts and
presents a unified search and results presentation to the user and behind the scenes
automatically works out the sources by which the information is sourced depending on the
type and authentications of the user using the service. A highly intuitive, simple, powerful
and totally flexible tool for knowledge access. The architecture and tools chosen for this
project provide highest levels scalability and integration based on open standards.

Highly Scalable E-Money Framework &
Applications – Private sector
• e-money is an electronic cash card that can be used to pay for those everyday items, such as
morning coffee, favorite magazine and lunchtime sandwich. It saves you from fiddling with
coins and helps you keep an eye on where your money is going.
• We partnered with the customer and have developed the entire host system which includes a
number of engines and number of web services to enable the portals. These engines and
web services are designed to handle large volumes of transactions.
• The engines and services will handle all the transaction processing that takes place between
the customers, merchants and e-money host server. The customer will be able to verify the
transaction by online inspection of their account using the customer portal. The merchant
