This document summarizes the key learnings from various business school courses and contrasts them with the realities of those fields. It discusses how business communication focuses on etiquettes and the 7Cs but the reality is that success requires effective communication even in difficult situations. It notes that while accounting courses teach processes like journals and ledgers, investing billions requires deeper skills. Marketing is portrayed as focusing on the 4Ps but truly understanding customers and developing products quickly is more important. The document suggests operations is taught as optimization under constraints but the reality involves flexible problem-solving. It closes by announcing the return of a business competition called THE ICON and encouraging recruitment for the next season.

Every round was different and something I have not seen before in any
other B-school. So that an element of surprise is actually true. Here,
literally there is no way to know what's gonna happen and that element of
suspense is the best part.

I think the best part about the whole event is the team which is been
placed, great team with lots of innovative ideas. The best event was "On
the Job" at CCD and CP where we were supposed to convince people to
buy our product.

I wont use much words because I feel words don’t fully express your true
Emotions. It was a wonderful emotional experience for me and i liked the
round where you had Psychiatrist and Army Personnel judging candidates
on their own parameters. It was a unique experience for me.
