How to use alternate forms
1. How-To: Use alternate forms
Step 1. Create one or more alternate Notes forms (optimized for PDF rendering)
using Domino Designer and save them in your PDF Converter database.
2. How-To: Use alternate forms
Step 2. In the SWING PDF Converter database click Form Settings in the
administration menu and hit New Form Setting.
3. How-To: Use alternate forms
Step 3. Select the default Notes form (in a target Notes database) and then select one or more
alternate Notes forms (which will be used instead of the default form during conversions).
Edit the remaining options according to your preference and Save & Close.
4. How-To: Use alternate forms
The new setting is now available in the list of all Form Settings. You can create
different settings for every particular type of Notes document that will be exported to PDF.
5. How-To: Use alternate forms
When you start a new conversion job now, you’ll be able to select one of the created alternate
forms, which will then be used during PDF rendering instead of the default Notes form.

We created a new Form Settings configuration and
enabled two alternate forms (called altMailMemo and
altMailMemo2) which will be used instead of the
default Memo form.
We started a new conversion job and selected one of
