- 2. What if you can be in control of the webbrowser, instead of just the website….. How would that look?
- 3. First the regular way! This is your starting point!
- 4. And you’re online! Surf to your favorite sites. i.e. Guitars
- 5. Now we’ll do it a bit differently with the Swoot technology Go to the startpage >> ONCE >> install the Plugin.
- 6. On your desktop you’ll find the guitarbrowser icon to access the unique guitarbrowser.
- 7. Click the icon and experience!
- 8. More examples will better explain this principal. Many people have created their own browser, you can find them all on the Swoot portal at http://www.swoot.com
- 9. Lets take a look at some of these browsers.
- 11. They all look great, but they are still square browsers, or as we call them Taccels. Taccels can be in any shape, can have any fuctionallity and can have any content embeded in them. Here you is a great sample of a Taccel football environment.
- 12. An other example: a spiderman trailer.
- 13. The online dj Luna music player.
- 14. Or a “top of mind” video player.
- 15. Pretty much everything is possible, and easy to build. Our software is freeware for non-commercial use. Anyone can build their own Taccel. All browsers can be seen in our Swoot portal.
- 16. On the other hand , companies can have their custom made, branded Taccel. If they are commercially used a software licence is needed. Together with that license they will receive their own plug-in which provides them with their own Desktop icon. A branded transformers Taccel for the movie trailer.
- 17. For brands this technology provides the possibility to become a narrow caster and be “top of mind” on the desktop of their users/clients. A branded taccel for The kids tv channel Jetix
- 18. Another branding example is a Belgian Comics Taccel instead of a website. A branded taccel for The Kiekeboe comic
- 19. Let’s take things one step further. Here is a Taccel application that is a videoplayer, a game, an MP3 player an RSS reader and a Photoalbum.
- 20. Or an entire community about classical music and opera.
- 21. Or create a Personal Remote for your online life.
