INDIA WINTER JOURNEY

by Yoga In The Himalayas ©
START FROM 1ST TO 14TH DECEMBER
from cold to the winter

warm your body and soul
from cold to the winter
warm your body and soul

During the journey we will visit the most popular places of the ancient India and visit the
home of the Yoga & Meditation at the foot of the great Himalayas. You’ll learn to control
your Body & Mind in the presence with daily Yoga & Meditaton practices.
Meditation helps to control and cultivate your mind by bringing moment-to-moment
awareness and calming down your busy mind. This can have a broader application to your
daily life, make you much happier and allow you to live mindfully.
Surya & Chandra Namaskara also known in english as Sun & Moon Salutation ("salutate to
the sun/moon"). It is a common sequence of asanas (yoga postures). Its origins lie in a
worship of Surya & Chandra, the Hindu solar & lunar deity. This sequence of movements
and asanas can be practised on varying levels of awareness.
This is also meditation that makes your body and mind healthy and well controlled, and of
course leads you to the presence.
Sun & Moon Salutations are a little different practices which are in perfect harmony with
the energy of the Sun & Moon.

„Meditation is solely maintaining your mind just as it is, without creating anything.”

„Yoga is the journey of the Self, through the Self, to the Self.”

India Winter Journey 2014

  • 1. 2014 INDIA WINTER JOURNEY by Yoga In The Himalayas © START FROM 1ST TO 14TH DECEMBER
  • 2. from cold to the winter warm your body and soul from cold to the winter warm your body and soul During the journey we will visit the most popular places of the ancient India and visit the home of the Yoga & Meditation at the foot of the great Himalayas. You’ll learn to control your Body & Mind in the presence with daily Yoga & Meditaton practices. Meditation helps to control and cultivate your mind by bringing moment-to-moment awareness and calming down your busy mind. This can have a broader application to your daily life, make you much happier and allow you to live mindfully. Surya & Chandra Namaskara also known in english as Sun & Moon Salutation ("salutate to the sun/moon"). It is a common sequence of asanas (yoga postures). Its origins lie in a worship of Surya & Chandra, the Hindu solar & lunar deity. This sequence of movements and asanas can be practised on varying levels of awareness. This is also meditation that makes your body and mind healthy and well controlled, and of course leads you to the presence. Sun & Moon Salutations are a little different practices which are in perfect harmony with the energy of the Sun & Moon. „Meditation is solely maintaining your mind just as it is, without creating anything.” „Yoga is the journey of the Self, through the Self, to the Self.”
