2. Specific: I want to eat a healthier and exercise more because of the weight I gained after I broke my wrist this winter. Measurable: I will measure this by keeping track of the calories and fats before I buy food. Attainable: This is attainable because I've started to watch what I eat and have been more active since it has started to get nicer rather than just sitting on the couch. Realistic: I have been buying more fruits and veggies. I have also stopped eating fast food entirely (well almost) and feel that cutting that will help a lot. Timely: I would like to do it by the end of the semester. I hope to lose at least 5 pounds by summer. SMART GOAL
3. Present: I have been eating healthier, getting salads at the café and fruit from the store. I have also been riding my skateboard around to stay active. Future: I am currently running a little low on funds but once I do get some money I plan on fixing my bike so I can go for bike rides. Conclusion
