1. When I entered AIESEC, I
learned that it is one of the
few places where you can
make mistakes. So my
question is : Is this still a place
where we can learn from our
mistakes, or are we just
turning into an organization
with the sole goal of achieving
their objectives?
I feel like we have forgotten
about our self development
as individuals and its
relevance to AIESEC. Like we
have forgotten that the main attribute of AIESEC is to help you realize who you
are. I mean the lifespan for an active AIESEC member has decreased ridiculously
in the last years. And there are many among us who feel that after just one year
of activity they know it all.
The truth is that most of us are really not that well prepared, and this truth hurts.
But if we are still the AIESEC'ers we claim to be, we need to pull up our sleeves,
admit that we have a problem and start working on a solution.
