- Accepted Bales go through a Bale Breaker to break down the bales; The bottles and caps, etc. go to the new added Pre-Rinsing Trommol to eliminate dirt into resin; The rinsed bottles are separated by Manual Sorting for contaminations, and then to Grinding into flakes. FDA: Change over and Cleaning from Non-FDA to FDA: Flush and clean out previous run with FDA type bales; Segregate FDA grade materials used for flushing/cleaning to be produced and sold as Non-Food grade PCR
- Hot Water Wash for Cleaning/Decontamination: Float separate/remove metal, glass, dirt, PET, and PVC from the HDPE flakes in 1 st Sink Float Tanks after Grinding; Labels, dirt, etc. will be washed off with surfactant in Turbo Washers ; Washed Flakes go to 2 nd Sink Float Tanks for removing sinkers and then to Spin Dryer for draining; 1 st Aspirator to take off labels/fluff in wash line
- De-volatizing vessel room for FDA built up; New vessel installed with FACS for auto-control of de-volatilization process; Auto-Sampler input to collect samples; New White Gaylord added for FDA T/L than brown Gaylord; A Silo Farm added for storing Transition FDA and Finished FDA product, send materials in Transition FDA silo to Finished FDA silo if passed: - EcoPrime™ bulk T/L directly fed from FDA silo; - EcoPrime ™ white Gaylord T/L fed from FDA silo in FDA Packaging Room
