Hong Kong’s private home prices have more than doubled since hitting
the trough in the 2008 financial crisis. But as the Fed warns of reining
its QE programmes amid economic recovery in the US while the HKSAR
government has come up with more stringent measures to curb rises in
home prices, what might possibly happen to Hong Kong’s private home
market over the next 12 to 18 months?
