The Clash was a British punk band that was active between 1976 and 1986 The Clash exhibited the political and social situations of the U.K. in its lyrics that eventually would become his fundamental hallmark. The band start was on the streets of Ladbroke Grove, west London, in 1976, during the early British punk. The Clash has been musically and politically influenced by a lot of bands. TheClash The idealism expressed in the compositions contrasted with the nihilism of other bands. The Clash protested against monarchy and aristocracy. Although differences in most of these, the group rejected the nihilism and professed no anarchy. Some of his most recognized songs were “White Riot”, “Tommy Gun”, “London Calling” “Train in Vain”, “The Guns of Brixton” and “Complete Control”.
