Did you know that yoga is a person? Yoga is not a pose or a set of exercises. Yoga is an energy of God - Yoga maya as described in the sanskrit texts.
And as a personality, yoga adapts...yoga changes according to time, place and circumstance. Yoga inspires us to awaken to our original soul nature and connects us to the Divine source.
In our yoga teacher training, we study yoga's changing moods in history, philosophy and especially yoga psychology to provide our students with the best foundation for their spiritual practice.
