This is a proposal for Creative Social Sydney, use our energies and some of our time and budget to create a (temporary) space for media art & design

1. Thought starter: Sydney has its fair share of established and improvised galleries for physical design and art work

2. But where are spaces like AutomatenBar (Berlin) a space for digital/video/interactive art and design?

3. Having it own currency, running un-manned

4. Putting on interactive installations/exhibits in a casual way

5. Even Melbourne has its version of such a space ( Horse Bazaar )

6. Attracting Twitter meetings as well as motion designers and artists

7. Space. seasonal pop-up store/show room, small and easy to use space temporarily showcases digital art/design and interactivity organized pan-agency to share the effort and budget recruited from Creative Social open to agency creatives and their peers could also be housed in existing spaces such as China Heights or Blank Space as a one-off show first … let’s see how that goes down expression of interest: tim @ holler / 02.95662138
