1. Why having “freedom” is
so amazing!

Final Project

2. Key Point #1: Parks are
great places for exercise,
meet for picnics, and
playing.
Key Point #2: Without
parks, we wouldn’t have
enough trees to give us air
to breathe.
3. There’s no place better to relax
and feel free.
Swing to the sky! Slide faster
than the wind!
4. McCurry Park’s wide expanse
of open space is often used not
only for simply enjoyment, but
for events like soccer games,
archery tournaments, and
more. Without a park like this,
people would probably feel
caged in their own homes if
they couldn’t stretch once in a
while.
5. Small and peaceful, great for
walking, jogging, running, and
biking!
Let your energy walk, jog, run,
and bike like the wind!
6. Patriot Park is fairly new, having
been built only but a few years ago.
Since then, however, the
neighboring neighborhoods have
used it non-stop because of the
sidewalks built into them leading
straight to the park. Teens, young
adults, and adults are normally
found here on a regular basis.
7. Watch the ball fly! Chase
the clouds!
A park that provides softball
and baseball fields for
practice and normal play.
8. Kiwanis Park is most often
used for baseball and softball
practice, but anyone can
come here to play in the wide
open space. It’s the second
oldest park next to McCurry
Park.
