Profile
MagicLamp Software Solutions is a software development and engineering services company
that designs, develops and integrates enterprise products and interactive web applications for
public and private sector clients. Magic Lamp has been providing independent, world-class
software development and consulting services since 2003, across many different industries and
platforms, working collaboratively with clients and through partners. The company has a proven
track record of delivering seamless, enterprise–wide solutions, even in complex, time-sensitive,
and heterogeneous environments, using a broad range of leading and emerging advanced
technologies.

implemented multiple solutions to help the Government of Nova Scotia and the
Government of Canada to modernize technology, streamline processes, integrate

Partner,
Director of Business Development
Troy DesBarres is an experienced Senior Software Engineer / Architect who has been working
in the information technology industry since 1998. His experience spans numerous public and
private sector projects in a range of technical environments for a variety of clients including the
Atlantic Lottery Corporation, Aliant / Bell Canada, Intelivote Systems Inc., Service Nova Scotia
and Municipal Relations, Registry of Motor Vehicles and Vital Statistics, Statistics Canada and
the Canada Revenue Agency.
Recognized for his ability to think critically and strategically, Troy has a proven ability to
evaluate complex problems, develop alternatives, and work creatively and analytically to design
and develop high quality software applications and solutions, meeting and often exceeding

Dylan Boudreau is a experienced, certified Project Manager and senior consultant who has
been active in the IT industry for over ten years. He has led the planning and implementation of
projects as part of a global consulting team; has served as solutions architect, technical lead
and Unix Systems Administrator; as well as database management, testing and technical
support. In addition to applying technical expertise, his roles have also included training,
mentoring, negotiation and client liaison.

Sreejata Chatterjee is a skilled IT services professional who has worked in the industry since
