Building a team can be a hard job, this can be doubly true when
members of the team can not see eye to eye. The workplace can be one
place where team spirit is low and staff frustrations are high, this is why
team building is very important at the workplace. Although tam

separated into groups of 3 or 4, this makes bonding with a few people
easy to do. If you are going to choose the groups, insure that you pair
people with those who they do not know well, or may have trust issues
with. This G.P.S adventure is a really great way to bond your staff
members, while having fun.
Capture the flag: Capture the flag is a great way to create a group
bond. Separate the team into two groups and each team will have to
set out to find the flag. This will help develop team pride as well as a
“working together” attitude. Although team members are playing
games and having a good time, they are also building team building
skills at the same time.

Retreat: Many larger companies have a retreat, once a year. This
retreat will include several team building activities as well as lectures
