9. Q & A Q: Can I Install Dragon on my Server-Enabling Multiple Users? A: The only way Dragon can be used on a server is through a Citrix environment. Citrix must be installed on each workstation and properly configured. However, in this configuration Dragon will see all windows as a nonstandard window as such will have decreased functionality. Q: Can I use Dragon Medical on my MacBook? A: No. Dragon Medical is not supported on Macintosh computers. However there is a MacSpeech Dictate Medical on the market through Nuance. (TD is currently looking into this for future sales.) Q: Can the same user have more than 1 vocabulary? A: Yes. However they will only be able to use 1 at a time, they can not be used collectively. Q: Can 1 license be installed on multiple Operating Systems? A: Yes, as long as there is only 1 user profile and that is the person who purchased the software. Q: If I don’t purchase the additional support at the time of receipt, could I purchase it down the road? A: No. It must be purchased on initial order.
