When our websites start to look a little out-of-date, are missing the 'next-big-thing' or we're hearing more concerns than congratulations, we're often tempted to blow the whole thing up and start over. But that takes up a lot of time and typically costs a lot of money. This presentation covers 4 techniques and ideas to help us assess where our sites are at and how we can make improvements in the most cost-effective manner.
