Once you have signed your agreements, they are received and counter signed,
and all fees are paid, you are officially a Cream World franchise partner.

Step - 1: Complete the Cream World Request for Consideration Form
you have already completed step one! We will be contacting you shortly on the phone number and or email provided.
Step - 2: Have an Introductory Call with Cream World’s Director
Now you’re ready to have detailed discussion about the Cream World ice cream franchise opportunity with our
director. We’ll talk to you about specific qualification requirements and overview the process to own a Cream
World Full Shoppe or Express Shoppe Franchise Location.
Step - 3: Receive Cream World’s Franchise Disclosure Document and Application
If you r interested in moving forward, we will provide you with a copy of the franchise agreement you’ll be
signing. You wil also receive a Cream World Franchise application.
Step - 4 : Submit Application for Approval and Complete Due Diligence
When your application has been submitted and is being processed for review by the approval
committee, you will complete your research on the Cream World ice cream franchise. Once
you have been approved, your franchise agreements will be sent to you.

How much would a 'Cream World ‘Franchise cost me?
The initial set up cost would be around INR 12 lac and INR 25 lac for own dining (500 Sq. Ft) and Food Court
formats(150 Sq. Ft) respectively. For further information on investments, please refer to the enclosed 'Financials' page.
When can I break even?
The break-even point varies from centre to centre and format to format as it depends on variety of factors such as overheads,
operating cost and business performance. However the USP of this business is the faster pay-back period and the quick
break- even point.
What is the term of the franchise agreement?
The initial agreement is for 5 years for both formats, with an option of renewing it further.
Renewal of the agreement is subject to mutual agreement of both the parties.

No prior experience in F&B is required. Our Franchise
program is designed in such a manner that it assists a new
franchisee in all areas of operations. However, owner
involvement in the business is required.
How long does it take to open

After signing the formal agreement it normally takes 1 to 2
months to set and start the entire operations.
