 Clean up Repository before Migrating
 Set Deadline For Development/Enhancements in Current
  Repository
 Convert from Deski to Webi (optional)
     Could be Separate Project after Migration Validated
 Create Test Plan the fits your needs
     Time Limit?
     Data Validation necessary?

 If using a Closed Security Scenario in R2
  Environment, if the security model is Migrated to
  R3, you will need to revise.
 If Top Level Folders Setting is set to No Access
  for Everyone Group, Users will not be Able to
  View Public Folders in R3
