 The press ure less chamber made of Stainless Steel allows the steam to flow
down gradually.
 The Chamber of the steamer is wholly insulated by the stainless steel insulating
panels to minimize the heat losses.
 Steam is allowed to enter from the top of the chamber which drives out the air
positively avoiding the assimilation of air and steam, hence providing the ideal
condition for the color fixation.
 Chemically contaminated steam is exhausted by well design exhaust system.
 A.C. Invertors (customized) drive allow the effortless transition of the fabric
upto a mechanical speed of 40 meters/minute.

Our Universal Steaming Machine have always been charecterized
by an original system of steam conditioning which permit optimisation of
humidity content . For this purpose our steam agers are equiped with
special in built device which condition the steam passing through the
water before being injected into the chamber.
universal Moel is designed to process Natural as well as synthetic
febrics. In Universal Model - Streaming of the réactive prints, Vat Prints
and Disperse prints can be done and Superior colour yeild can be

 High Température Loop Steamer
This type of model of loop steamer is suitable for steaming the
disperse prints and curing of waterbase pigments. ( Temperature
range - 140 o C to 180 o C)
Steam Super heating can be done by Multipass thermic fluide
rediators or by direct gas firing system.

14. “Mini Steamer” - Specially Designed for Digital Prints on Fabrics
 Stainless steel 316 quality steam chamber
with all polymer coated rollers inside, driven
by two separate drives.
 The steam chamber is fully insulated with
duly coated Stainless steel sheets to
minimize any heat loss.
 Steam saturator with necessary sensors for
proper conditioning of steam is inbuilt.
 The control panel is located in easy - to -
reach position on the side of the machine.
 Texwin Mini ager is designed very
compactly, so it utilizes minimum floor space.
